I am in love with these! Going to buy more soon! The taste is nice and not too strong. No stomach upset at all. They are not used for pain relief. But my muscles feel fine using the product. I feel good taking it. They last decent if you do a few a week or so as far as longevity.

Good product. Not cheap, but quality costs money. Excellent for recovery and I use it for extended for fasts to avoid headaches. If you get a headache from a few glasses of wine or beer, take one of these and enjoy not getting a headache in the morning.

Update: I bought the weekend recovery one which explains why its so salty. I can say for sure after a weekend of too much wine and drinking one before bed… it definitely helped. No headache or any symptoms the next morning!Wasnt a fan. They may have helped after a hangover but I’m still a SF liquid IV girl.

Good electrolytes after a workout or long weekend
These are good after a workout or long weekend. They do taste a bit salty to me. They help return energy with the electrolytes. The texture is very fine so they dissolve pretty quickly. Being that it is a recovery version its pretty strong.

I bought the variety pack because I was curious, especially for all the ingredients to support hangovers, specifically hangxiety. The flavor is pretty strong so I put it in my 40oz tumbler with ice water and it’s perfect. I like this hydration pack over other brands it doesn’t taste like syrup. I will forever buy this! All the flavors are pretty good but I really like the raspberry one!

if u have pots the amount of sodium is amazing but also the taste is hard to get over cos it has this weird bad aftertaste that makes it jusf so hard to keep drinking
