I like this tea alot – every morning with honey & fresh lemon. The ginger is stronger than some competitors, which some folks might not care for. Personally, I enjoy the blended flavors. Pricing is in line with similar products.

Effective sleep tea
Steep the tea bag for at least 4 minutes. The tea starts working about 20-25 minutes after you drink it. Once you start feeling drowsy, drop everything and try to sleep otherwise the effect goes away . Has been working for me .

Effective and Delicious
This tea should come with a warning haha. Normally, melatonin does not do anything for me. I ordered this tea and it came in the morning. I was curious on how it tasted so I brewed myself a cup at 10:00am. By 10:30am, I was struggling to keep myself awake. I did have a busy day but the entire day, I was fighting to keep my eyes open. When I finally returned home, I decided to take a nap. This tea had me out for three whole hours in the middle of the day. I also love how it tastes, there’s a perfect balance of chamomile, cinnamon, and vanilla. None of the notes overpower each other. I would definitely buy again and recommend this to those whom need a little assistance falling asleep at night.
