Helps to Keep Me Regular
have drank this tea for 4 years now. It was recommended to me by my doctor when I had a gall bladder duct blockage due to stones (I hadn’t a bowl movement for two weeks – oh the pain and misery). This tea was effective in helping me to expunge all that was blocking me and keep me stone free! I drink a cup per day to keep me regular and steep two bags when I am constipated. It will make you go but not make you run. I prefer to drink it in the evenings before bed. When I wake, I drink water. Shortly after, I am ready to “go”. My digestion tract thanks me! The taste is a bit bitter but not pungent. I do not add any sugar/sweeteners but sometimes add a bit of fresh fruit, ginger and or lemon. In my experience, the hotter the sip, the better the taste. It is my go-to for my detox/ weight loss regimen. Weight loss is 19.2lbs. don’t know if the tea gives me energy or not because eating healthy and feeling lighter is like magic shut-up in my bones! #dobetterfeelbetter

Tasty detox tea that seems to help diet goals….
I can’t believe I love this tea (but I do!).Two and a half months ago, I started doing green smoothies several times a day. As part of the plan, they recommended a detox tea, such as this one. But, since I was trying to save money, I went with a cheaper detox tea and hated the bitter taste (yeah, yeah, yeah…I know bitter helps with cleaning).So, I decided to try this tea and got the six-pack of this tea (yes, without trying it) which could have been disastrous. But, I hit the bulls-eye on this one! The tea is flavorful and slightly sweet. And, when I drink 1-2 cups a day, it definitely helps me with my weigh loss goals. I notice that my stomach is smaller. Whether that is due to the tea or the green smoothies (or a combination of both) is difficult to say. And sometimes, I use the seeped tea in place of water in my green smoothies. Since I don’t like the taste of plain water (??), this tea helps me up my water game.The bottom line is, I really like the taste of this tea. I am already done with four of the six boxes and will order more when I am done. I would recommend that anyone try this tea for themselves if they are starting a similar type plan.
