Yummy flavors! Does the job!
Yummy! These are more like candy, so beware. I love how you can either chew them or suck on them. They last a while if you choose the latter. I instantly feel hydrated after one, but I usually have two since they’re so good!! Does the job on a trail run, bike ride, or just in a hot day when I’m feeling extra thirsty. Amazing product!

Chew and go!
I’m a big fan of SaltStick fast chews. My favorite flavor is mixed berry. I am a very salty sweater especially when I run, and they help replenish the electrolytes instantly. They taste like a tasty candy treat. No water necessary. Chew and go! I train for marathons, and I bought the packets due to strict race rules in Tokyo about sealed nutrition. Success! Otherwise, I buy the bottles and carry a few in snack size zipped baggies.

Bad taste but HIGHLY effective
They don’t taste good, but they work extremely well AND fast. After a long hike, my friends and I were feeling gross- achy, headaches, tired, nauseous even- we had these and within 10mins we were all back to normal and happy. I have and ileostomy and get dehydrated extremely easily, so I keep them handy now that I know they work so well.

Worth it for a fast acting electrolyte!
So far, I really enjoy these SaltStick chews! They work almost instantly, and they’ve been a game changer during my runs. When my mouth starts to get dry or my saliva thickens, I can just pop one in and let it dissolve, it helps right away. The flavor isn’t bad at all, and my favorite so far is the lemon! They come in tablets and crumbles immediately after bitting into it.

Acheté le 7 novembre 2020, quelle surprise de voir que mon paquet expirait en novembre 2020.Utilisé 1 semaine en Guyane dans le cadre d’un stage commando. J’ai fait une très grosse rétention d’eau en prenant que 1 à 2 pastilles par jour. On est loin des “50 maximum par jour sur le paquet”. Attention. Je ne recommande pas. Aucun effet sur les crampes et la récupération.
