Tasty and Quite Relaxing
Nighty Night Tea is tasty and quite relaxing. I like it with a bit of honey. The tea bag and the envelope it comes in are both compostable, which is very nice. It takes 15 minutes to steep, covered. On the box it recommends 2-3 cups late in the day, at least 1 cup 30 minutes before bed. (for adults only). Being over the age of 60, I don’t drink anything 30 minutes before bed! It was recently 40% off, so I bought 3 boxes. That was a great deal.

Taste horrible, but that’s my personal opinion
It tastes exactly as described. I don’t like it but I also didn’t expect too. I bought it solely for the nighty night stuff like calmomile and whatever else it had in it. It definitely helps relax me after a stressful day. Sometimes I think it’s the self care of having a hot drink and kind of meditating and decompressing but that paired with the tea ingredients here they go together well. For what it is, it’s definitely exactly that.

Has a super good subtle floral taste and is very relaxing. I personally think that adding honey made a very big difference to the flavor and I think it compliments this particular tea very well so I use them together

Real insomniacs need something stronger 😅
It was ok for relieving some anxiety and neck and back pain/tension for me but not really for getting me to sleep necessarily. It’s a good little supplement for relaxation but if you’re a true insomniac you need something stronger. Quality seem decent I suppose.
