East To Use and Great For Beginners
This thigh master is a great way to start a workout routine. It’s super easy to use, and the adjustable resistance makes it perfect for beginners. The soft pads are comfortable, and it targets the inner thighs, glutes, and pelvic floor muscles really well. Simple, effective, and a great addition to any home workout setup.

Comfortable Beginner Thigh Master
This thigh master is a good beginner exercise equipment item. The pads are very soft and comfortable, so there is no leg or thigh pain while exercising. But, I also feel that there is not much resistance using this item except on the highest resistance settings. I appreciate having a knob to turn to adjust for customized resistance, but do wish that there were just specific levels like 1-10. I am keeping this thigh master in a workout bag at work and if I need to fold the thigh master, I will lose the resistance setting I previously had. So, I wish that if there were not specific workout levels to choose from that there was a release button or something to help fold the thigh master for transport while not losing the resistance setting. I would also have loved seeing a digital display to keep up with reps. I had thought the black sticker on the front of the thigh master might have been a rep counter, but it is not. It is just a large sticker. Overall, this is a comfortable beginner thigh master to work on my thighs and glutes and it will last me longer before needing a more powerful one by upping the reps. I gave it four stars for being attractively colored, soft and comfortable, and it scored well as a beginner’s thigh master.

Light Resistance and Smooth Motion create A Casual Fitness Tool for All Ages
I picked this up on promotion, mostly with my wife in mind, but I was curious to try it myself. It’s become more of an “anytime” exercise tool in our household, living in the living room rather than the home gym. Everyone can use it, including our young daughters, which makes it a versatile and family-friendly addition to our daily routines. The device advertises 25 lbs of tension, but that figure feels optimistic. The resistance is light, and there’s minimal difference between the easiest and most difficult settings. What does change is the distance between the pads before resistance engages, which slightly alters the feel of the motion. I’d describe it as “distance adjustable” rather than truly “weight adjustable.”In terms of quality, the build is solid for the price and it arrives completely assembled so you can use it right out of the box. The pads are soft and comfortable, and the motion is smooth, no pinching, slipping, or awkward angles. It’s compact enough to store easily or even leave out without cluttering a room, making it ideal for small spaces or shared living areas.Functionally, it’s best suited for light toning, pelvic floor support, or casual movement throughout the day. It’s not a sweat-inducing workout tool, but it’s not trying to be. For beginners, postpartum recovery, or anyone looking to stay gently active, it fits the bill.3 stars overall. I’m removing two stars for their false descriptors. The optimistic “25 pounds of tension,” and the misleading “weight adjustable” claim. It’s a useful tool, just not as intense or adjustable as advertised.

Perfect for beginners
This cute pink thigh exerciser is pretty neat. It is fairly small and doesn’t take up a lot of real estate, which is nice. There really wasn’t much, if anything to assemble, which was nice because there really aren’t any instructions. From old commercials for the original thigh exerciser I figure that there’s really only one main maneuver to do with it. Perhaps YT has some creative types that have figured out all sorts of new excercises this can be used for.Resistance is good enough for me, since I’m a beginner, and anything with much more resistance than a newspaper rubberband will probably render me unable to walk for a while. I need to start off slow. This will do me for quite a while before I “outgrow” it, if I ever do.Quality is okay. It’s cute looking, but pretty plasticky. I think it will hold up to the exercises it is designed to do.The padding on the thigh paddles is comfortable and also makes it look like a nice piece of equipment.Functionally, this thigh exerciser does its job. I know a lot of folks will think it’s winky, but this is just right for me.Recommended for beginners.

Comfy to use but not really enough tension
I wish this could be adjusted to provide a bit more resistance. When it says in the title that it’s for beginners, it REALLY means it. Still, I’ve managed to get a decent nearly full-body workout basically by using this as a fidget tool. Whenever I start to get antsy, I do a few minutes with this thing. I brought it to work with me and have used it in my office while doing desk work. I’ve also used it at home while watching tv or listening to podcasts/audiobooks, so it’s easy to work in a few reps, as long as you keep it handy. To get any real use out of it, you’ll have to do a LOT of reps, though. It’s very comfy to use, at least. I sometimes have some difficulty keeping it from sliding out of place, depending upon what I’m wearing. (It’s better at staying put with skin contact rather than clothing contact.

Easy to use thigh master
This is a thigh master exercise machine. There are no instructions on how to use it, however on the box it does say rotate the knob for resistance. That’s all, no exercise guide either. You can google exercises using thigh master and they have a few. However, its really basic to use and it strengthen your thighs, glutes, arms and core. It can be used sitting or standing. Construction is excellent its main parts are made of plastic but inside it has to have some metal spring. The padding has foam, you’ll feel it and its covered with a soft leather feeling material. The knob for adjusting the resistance is easy to use. I’m rating this thigh master a 5. Its made excellent, its easy to use and its an asset to my workout program

I am always on a lookout for new ways I can utilize to improve my body, with the help of exercise tools and not bulky equipment. This little thigh master- for beginners, caught my attention and I feel it was worth to test for effectiveness and performance.Upon first impression, I absolutely love the dusty pink color, and the size of this little thigh master. I can store it anywhere and it won’t take up much space. I just store it under my couch, and can grab it easily to use, even when watching my favorite show. I also like that it has a tension dial, in the thigh trainer, which allows me to adjust easily the tension preference. I adjusted it to the highest setting and it was just right for me. The high density memory foam cushions felt so comfortable on my thighs and I felt the movements work on my inner thigh muscles. It is not an extreme workout, but it works for me and feels great too, as I do it all throughout the day and don’t get sick of it. I truly do enjoy using it and will continue to monitor further results, over time of usage.Overall, this is a great quality thigh master, that is convenient to have, small in size, cute color, and super comfortable. It makes no sound when using it, so it’s not annoying and the dial is great too, which easily adjusts resistance. The resistance could be a bit stronger, but at the highest level, it still works for me. I do consistent reps throught the day and it does make my muscles work and is giving me a nice, thigh workout. I like it and do recommend. All the best. 🫶✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️💕

I haven’t used a thigh master device since the original was released many years ago, so I expected this one would be similar. It is well made, the springs are smooth and silent when using, and I love the pink colour. While it’s comfortable on the legs because of the cushion pads, the material covering the pads is so smooth that the device slips on my legs. I grabbed the centre rod to hold the device in place, forgetting that the rod contracts completely inside the device when closed, pinching my hand pretty hard. If I could make two improvements it would be to length the rod to be able to hold on to it, and cover the cushion pads with a material that has more texture and isn’t so slippery.I also noticed that you need to be careful where you are placing the device on your legs. As it folds, the hinge section moves back towards your crotch, so keep the padding closer to your knees and not too far back.I don’t work out at all, so thought this would be a great way to tone the legs while working at my desk, but found the resistance low, even when turned to the highest resistance. So, while this device is comfortable to use, it’s very low resistance so would be best for people that just need a light resistance work out.

I ordered this cute looking machine for the purpose of exercising and toning my inner and outer thighs.I was very excited when it arrived and I opened the box immediately. My first thoughts were that it’s one of the prettiest pieces of equipment for working out the thighs that I’ve come across. It’s also one of the most compact. It doesn’t come with any instructions though, which I wish it did. Since I’m a certified Personal Trainer, I know how to work it, but for anyone who’s just starting out with their exercise journey, it would definitely be helpful to have some instructions with dos and don’ts. I’m not a huge fan of looking up exercises online because I know for a fact a lot of them can be incorrect and can cause injury. You can change the intensity of the workout by tightening and loosening the screw, and it has nice, well padded pads that really protect your thighs. While it is very comfortable to use thanks to the padded parts, I struggle to keep it in place on my inner thighs and prevent it from sliding out of place, depending upon what I’m wearing. (It’s better at staying put with skin contact rather than clothing contact. However, even on the most intense setting, I didn’t find it the slightest bit challenging, despite doing a lot of repetitions. I suppose the goal of this exerciser is to get your muscles toned with low intensity and lots of repetitions, but honestly even after doing more than 50 repetitions in a row, I didn’t feel it that evening or even the next day.So I guess they weren’t kidding when they said in the title that it’s for beginners! In all honesty though, I really do wish this would give me the feeling that I had a decent workout for my thighs at least!I suppose it best put to use while listening to an audiobook, watching tv or just hanging out! As I mentioned above though, to really feel like it’s doing anything for you, you will most likely have to do a LOT of repetitions.

Training the pelvic floor is supposed to be important so I really wanted to try this one out. It has a nice shade of pink and has a very comfortable foam cushion so that your thighs won’t hurt while using. It has a screw that can be tightened to increase the intensity of the workout. Otherwise, it’s fairly straight forward to use and is a little similar to the abductor machines at the gym. It’s good for beginners and I felt it after a couple of sets. Will continue to use.

Great design and easy to use. It’s also quite comfortable. I definitely prefer this over resistance bands. I’m not sure though why it is a lot of woman’s workout equipment isn’t as resistant as men’s is. I find that the resistance isn’t strong enough for me. If you are a beginner it might work better for you but I would love something stronger. I find myself often having to buy men’s products which is pretty disappointing. Overall it’s great for beginners though.
