I’ve been taking Horbäach Maca Root Capsules for a little over a year now, and I’m really glad I gave it a shot. I originally started taking it to help with mild ED (not something I would have ever thought I would be looking into in my mid-30s), and after staying consistent for a few months, I noticed a real difference. Around the 10 to 12-week mark, things noticeably improved, and I’ve felt more confident ever since.The capsules are easy to take and the dosage is strong. Each serving gives you a high potency equivalent to 4800 mg of Peruvian maca root, and the formula is clean and has no gluten, soy, GMOs, or artificial fillers if that is important for you. I also like that they’re vegetarian capsules and don’t upset my stomach.Aside from helping with ED, I’ve noticed a general boost in my energy and mood too. I feel more focused during the day and less run down, especially during busy weeks. This will be a time tested product to determine it’s viability.Right off the bat, the value is good for 120 capsules. Will it deliver what it promotes? This will take time to discover.The first thing to do is research Maca Root and determine if this a supplement that will improve your health. Always consult with your PCP.There is no repugnant taste or smell to the easy to swallow capsules.The ingredients are the Maca Root extract along with Rice Powder, Gelatin Capsule, Silica and Vegetable Magnesium Stearate. I advise you to read up on these additives.Quality is normal for a capsule supplement.Effectiveness will require time to determine the benefits. I don’t know if it is good for weight loss but I am hoping for additional energy.Dosage is 3 capsules daily but I am starting out slowly to make sure I don’t have a reaction to Maca Root. One capsule daily until I feel I am clear of any side effects.If the Maca Root IS effective, this is a very affordable supplement to carry forward.I will start out with 3 stars and move it up or down as I experience Maca RootStay tuned.
