The Peace Method Journal is a beautifully bound, well organized journal which I found to be a very user friendly path to cope with daily stress and anxiety. I appreciate how the authors immediately help you identify the areas in your life that are sources of anxiety. Then, you are offered time to reflect/journal, and then take action through a range of simple and effective exercises that you can do anywhere. Part 3, Adjust and Reset your Nervous System includes simple, yet powerful techniques. I found this section the one I referred back to the most as I prefer learning and doing something as a way to move through my lingering anxiety.After a week of going through the journal, I found myself looking forward to sitting down with it, gaining insight from the text and quotes..all while feeling more fluid with the exercises that I began to use at least 1-3 a day.With calming design and graphics, I’ve already gifted the Peace Method Journal to a few loved ones who are seeking calm in this increasingly chaotic world.

I haven’t got quite all the way through this book yet but I will say that from the beginning to where I’m at now it has served so much purpose for me that I cannot recommend it high enough. The therapist that created the peace method is genius I just wish there were more activities inside the book to do rather than so much reading or have some kind of activity companion book along with it I feel like it’s got a lot of great information but then being able to be hands-on with writing about the information that you’ve gathered would be twice as much help for those looking to find some kind of peace in their life. Journaling serves its purpose the same using the methods and ideas that the therapist has put forward it’s a must have if you’re looking for a self-help book that teaches different methodologies around keeping peace in your life well worth the grab !
