Description

Cultivating an attitude of gratitude yields many benefits: physical, mental and spiritual. In this Journal, you have flexibility to write down the dates of entry and not feel guilty if you miss a day. There are also pages in this journal where you can just draw something beautiful. Every page contains an inspirational quote (non religious). Gratitude is a feeling of appreciation for what one has. Write down three to five things you are grateful for in this journal and turn your ordinary moments into blessings.

Nobody gets everything; But everyone should be appreciated in some way!
In the business of this world today, Gratitude is not a reality. :(This One-Minute Gratitude Journal is a great reminder to take a moment to list on a daily basiswhat you are thankful for.It can be a gift given or a thank you note written or even helping a co-worker build skills as a team member at the workplace. It could be in your neighborhood or in your family home.

    Lovely
This journal is just what I was looking for! It is simple, yet efficient. I love that there is space to put the date and write what you are grateful for. I can always fit 3 things because half a page is given, plenty of room to write. I also love the little quotes sprinkled in reminding you why gratitude is so important and the spaces to draw doodles. I sometimes draw doodles there, but I also put fun stickers or printed sticker photos!

    Very positive energy book!
Got this as a mother’s day present for my fiancée because she has been wanting it for a while now. She was super excited to get it and was happy to start using it. It’s a very nice layout and is very positive and helpful tool to use for her. I would totally recommend it for yourself or to give to someone special. Keeps a positive outlook for yourself to be in if you like that kind of stuff and like to write stuff down and note it.

    Great daily exercise!
Pros:-Definitely a good way to express daily gratitude.Cons:-I didn’t really use the draw something pages. I wish they just made them the writing pages. There aren’t many in there though, which is good.-I received this as a gift, which is amazing. What I don’t like is that this only lasts half a year. It would be better to have it last a whole year. I just ran out, so I have to order another one to maintain the consistency.Uncertainties:-N/A

    Perfect for my needs
I was looking for some way to chronicle my day every day, ending it on a positive note before bed in hopes in a change of mindset for the new year. I really like that they are short entries for those days when I may struggle to find a positive. I like that it has a place for the day and date. I also appreciate that it has 4 days per page. Short sweet to the point. I even brought my husband one since he’s become a bit of a grump. He was hesitant at first but thanked me for the opportunity to change things positively

    Terrific
This Christmas, I gave myself the gift of The One-Minute Gratitude Journal by Brenda Nathan. I read other customers’ reviews which were all positive. I like the colorful cover on the journal, and I like the format of the pages. The page begins with a day and date followed by “Today I am grateful for_____________.” The prompt provides six lines for the gratitude of that day. The fact that the writer does not feel the need to write a great deal each day will encourage the habit of daily writing even for the reluctant.Scattered throughout the book, one will also find a page titled simply: “Draw something.” Now, I am not an artist, but I could paste a picture there to represent an idea, a feeling, and/or a thought on that date. One can find many articles about the benefits of keeping a gratitude journal. The problem for many people, however, is keeping up the habit. That made me think about ways to form good habits. I found an article titled “15 Key Tips to Develop Good Habits.” I find the first three the most compelling: “Start with small adjustments; be positive; and once you make the decision, commit to it.”I am thinking positively that I will keep up with the gratitude journal by following those three recommendations.Nathan’s note titled “Gratitude” found at the beginning of The One-Minute Gratitude Journal provides good advice. My favorite part of that opening, however, is a quotation from Emily Dickinson: “Find ecstasy in life; the mere sense of living is joy enough.”

    What I was looking for
I want to say that even though this isn’t super complicated or complex – it only repeats the prompt of “what I am grateful for today” over and over again- but that is exactly what I was looking for. It is a gift for my mother who I think would benefit from practicing gratitude but a lot of the other journals out there have so many prompts that I feel like it would make her feel worse than better. “What did I accomplish today” “what win did I receive today” etc are all great but when you’re not doing much and not as motivated it’s kind of a slap in the face to everyday see prompts that may make you feel less than or guilty. These prompts of “what I am grateful for today” are simple and easier to start a gratitude habit. Thanks for the product I was looking for!!!

This is just what I wanted. It has a space for the date and a few lines of gratitude. You can fill in either every day or at any interval you choose. The space is a few lines so you can do it quickly, which is better for me. It also has quotes interspersed. I like it so much I’m going to buy same for some friends, for Christmas.

Buscaba algo que me motivará a mantener el costumbre de apreciar las cosas y darse cuenta de lo feliz y rica que soy. Ese libro es muy sencillo, repetitivo. En tres minutos cada día lo tenéis pero es muy enriquecedor. A mí me encanta
