Love it. Better than “Day-Light Classic Bright” (earlier version that is discontinued). I bought the classics in 2010, then 2 more in 2012 eventually buying. They got lost 3 years ago during a move.TLDR: It makes waking up so much easier. Hit the light after the alarm and close my eyes again. In 10-15 minutes I actually want to get out of bed which is not normal for me at all. Currently above my WFH desk and it keeps me engaged. Before I’d get sleepy and need a nap frequently. Not anymore! Buying my 2nd one today.Pros:- The new one seems just as bright as the classic even though the space it takes up is way smaller.- Cheaper than the classic was in 2010, which was $125 + tax without a stand. I paid $75 after tax for this because there was some $30 coupon.- Comes with a stand included in the price. I had to purchase 3 different stands at $79 a piece.- Stand is smooth so far on adjustments and takes up little space, big improvement compared to previous version.- The remote is great. I can’t get out of bed easily and the light is across the room by my desk.- Looks like it can be mounted with a computer monitor screen.Cons- The light’s stand is designed in a way where it can only go reliably up and down from the center. The base is connected to the pole at the end. If you swivel the light without turning the base it will fall over.- It doesn’t have a kickstand on the head so seems like you have to use the stand. Classic had a kick stand since it didn’t come with the stand.- Wish I new there was a new design. I would have rebought years ago. Didn’t have room until recently to be able to fit the classic sized one. Not much of a con…. ¯_(ツ)_/¯Last thoughts: I’m always surprised how much this helps me wake up in the morning (not a morning person at all) and how I’m able to work non-stop with it. The sleep you feel in your eyes when you can’t keep them open is gone.I’m purchasing my second one today.

Bright Lamp That Transformed My Dark Apartment. And Improved My Mood
Let there be light! Finally, I have proper lighting in my dark apartment. This lamp has really helped improve my mood. It comes with a remote control, and you can adjust the angle as needed. Assembly was relatively easy, though the instructions could be better. I’d recommend putting it together with someone else, but it’s still doable alone. The lamp feels sturdy, just be careful when adjusting the angle. So far, I’m really happy with it. It gives off bright, clean light with multiple intensity settings. Exactly what I needed!

Great light, remote doesn’t work
Bought too of them. Remotes don’t work in either of the units most of the time. You have to be 1 foot away for the remote to work if you are lucky. Having said that the light is strong and does the job of illuminating a space and creating positive vibes. It gets 5 stars on that department. If you are handicapped and depend on the remote control to be working reliably then look elsewhere.

Undeniable impact for me
I’ve been using this every morning and late afternoon for months now – and the one undeniable change for me is my sleep habits. I know these are pitched to help with depression, S.A.D. and skin disorders, but I have no data to share on any of that. However, I absolutely noticed that after maybe a month of use, I was waking up well before my alarm clock – for years, I’d be snapped out of sleep by my alarm. Now I’m waking earlier, very consistently, with a bit of energy to run with before work begins. This was the only change in my habits so I’m crediting this better sleep schedule to the consistent use of this lamp.
