Comfy womens sleep tracker
Really comfy ring for the stats that my wife looks for. Not for me, but it tracks her deep sleep and we have learned that sleep is essential to happiness!! This gives her the details of her sleep pattern. REM and Deep, when she wakes up and is restless in bed.It doe sth other things that these trackers do steps and HR, but it was bought for sleep, does a great job and the app is easy to use. Nice color and does not rub (like some others)

very questionable accuracy
EDIT: I’ve switched my rating to one star. The ring is grossly inaccurate. I’ve been suspecting that over the past few days as it seemed to record an extraordinary number of steps. This morning, it recorded 100 steps while I was simply standing at the sink drying my hair, not moving my feet at all. In addition, while I was awake several times in the night last night (and up and moving) it did not record any awake time. Would not recommend this ring at all.While the ring is comfortable, easy to install and has a nice method of recharging, I’m having issues with the accuracy. Specifically the accuracy of the step counter, which makes me question the accuracy of the other measurements. I have even increased my stride length beyond the recommended to see if that would help but it appears to have no effect. In addition, it does not seem to be recording my wake times at night. I know for certain I have been awake for 30 minutes or more, moving around and reading, in the middle of the night and it did not record that.For example, within the first hour this morning, while I was simply walking around my house, it had my step count up to 2,000 steps. That is clearly excessive – I live in a smallish house on one floor, the bathroom within a few steps of the bedroom and the kitchen not far away. I may end up returning this ring since I can’t be certain of it’s accuracy on any of the parameters.

So far so good. Charged in one hour and was easy to pair and set up. Right now I’m wearing both the ring and my Inspire 3 Fitbit for comparisons. Come February 2026 if all goes well I’ll retire the Fitbit to avoid the Google account demand.It is true to my ring size. The Silver has a clean classy look to it. It weighs just a little bit more than a few other rings I have. Since I haven’t worn rings 24/7 for a long time I try to move it to a different finger for a small break. I want to wear at night for tracking my sleep.App is easy to use and does a good job showing progress. I will try to update when I have used it for a few weeks.

Short life span.
It’s a really pretty ring. It’s sleek and more expensive looking than it was. However, it’s more of a disposable ring. It stopped working 3 months in. I was super happy with the tracking and connectivity and how easy it is to set up and use. But , it just stopped working. Its so disappointing
