Easy setup
My friend has this scale. I thought it would be a hundred dollar scale but it was so affordable. I ended up getting it for my husband. He works out a lot and is very body conscious. He loved it. It tells body composition. We downloaded the app on his phone. Set up was super easy and now he can track his body fat. He loves the features.Husband is super hard to buy gifts for. He has a nice home gym and usually gets what he wants himself so this was awesome.The scale is super accurate and it’s small, black and doesn’t take up space. It’s display is bright.

Estoy en un proceso donde aunque coma saludable y haga ejercicios no bajaba de peso por mi inflamación debido al estrés crónico, esta báscula me ayuda a ver más allá de lo que vemos en sobrepeso; cuanto de músculo, grasa, agua, y me ayuda interpretar que debo ir mejorando porque no todo se trata de grasa, realmente la suma de tu peso se compone de algo más.Si tienes intención de bajar saludable y además monitorear tu estructura, totalmente te recomiendo esta báscula. Si tu intención es comer para nutrirte y mantenerte sano, te recomiendo esta báscula.

I’ve been wanting to purchase a body scale for so long, after some research I decided to give this product a try and I love how detailed the features are. The scale shows your body weight, muscle mass, fat percentage, protein, etc.. lots of features I never thought would be included. The app, shows detailed info on what’s poor or excellent with it’s description. It saved previous information so you can look back and compare. Only downside is that it works with batteries I rather have charger but that’s fine.

Pretty good…
So far it’s pretty good. I think the numbers are slightly off. For my spouse for example it said his body fat is only 11%. I can see he’s not. He is thin though, but I assure you he’s not 11%. We did measure his body fat by analog way and it seems to be more like 17%. So it was off for him. That being said I think he’s an odd one to measure. Plus I think he kept moving around and did not get a correct reading that’s even close. But me on the other hand it was off by 1 point. Which is pretty good. The weight is correct though, as I did check with 2 scales. It’s fun and it gives you an idea of how things are going. It says my visceral fat is low which I don’t believe that’s true I think I’m a little bit higher. I do work out and I believe my higher weight is from muscles, but I do believe it’s also from my peri menopause hormonal kind of fat :/. But I don’t think my muscle percentage is as high as it’s saying. I think that is pretty off. I have to be logical with myself, if I want to see some kind of results. Bottom line I’m skinny fat and this scale is not bad.Again it gives and idea, helps figure out what needs work. But take it with a grain and salt. I’ve tried others scales that measure fat % and they were overpriced and not good. Plus customer service was horrible! I think the only way to get a legit reading is if you go to one of those pros with that machine that can measure your entire body. But this is a inexpensive way to get an idea of where you are. My scale is solar and it seems to charge pretty fast and it seems the charge has been lasting. I only started using this recently though, but I’ve owned it for over a year. Shall see how much longer it will work but so far I’m liking it. Best

I love this scale but a few things to note:1. Do not buy the scale from Renpho direct. Their delivery is minimum 7-10 days and the service is horrid. Stick with Amazon, where you can have the item under 2 days (same day in some locations).1a: If something is wrong with the product, you can return it free to Amazon, and expect a refund in full. Not so much with Renpho2. Shop the Amazon site for the scale. The EXACT SAME SCALE can be found on amazon from $19-35. No difference, same shipping, same product. Scroll down and look for coupons, and different prices.3. Don’t bother with the more expensive “Hand Sensor” Renpho scale. The $159 scale showed me the same actual measurements as the $19 scale. The $159 scale provides more calculated percentages, but most of it is re-stating what you can already see from the app.4. The app is fantastic, all the trends you’d need. Not a Dexa scan, but for $20, all the motivation and encouragement you need to keep losing weight.

Constistent in the whey it shows. Seems accurate. Doesn’t need much sun to recharge.However, the fat/muscle/tissue measurements are bs. It is so off. During the last 6 months I have gone from 25-30% body fat to about 12%. The scale says 21-22%, it has been saying the same % since I bought it even though I made a total body transformation in the meantime.

Compré este modelo por ser lo más económico que vi con otros productos similares y la verdad es que funciona muy bien. Te dice información muy detallada sobre grasa corporal, IMC, músculo esquelético, grasa subcutánea, grasa visceral, agua corporal, masa muscular, masa ósea, proteína, tasa metabólica y edad metabólica.He notado que si me peso varias veces seguidas puede tener un pequeño desajuste, de unos pocos gramos, pero creo que no tiene mayor importanciaLa aplicación me gustaría que fuera mejor, en la pantalla principal podrían poner un resumen de lo más importante o dejarte poner tus “favoritos” por ejemplo masa muscular y peso total.. y al entrar ver lo que tú quieras, no tener que ir pestaña por pestaña.La conectividad es por bluetooth y hasta el momento no me ha dado problemas, y conectarlo por primera vez es fácil
