Customer support useless
This thing works terribly. I can get a reading maybe one out of 10 times I test. It’s all because of the handle and the useless customer support told me all I have to do is hold the handle tighter. Well, I’m telling them that there is a short or something faulty in the scale and they have been completely unhelpful.That has an inflammation issue that the scale is useless. It actually is not measuring anything of value and giving you arbitrary numbers and the whole thing is aAlso, that has a inflammation issue. I can tell you that the scale is useless. It actually is not measuring anything of value and giving you arbitrary numbers and the whole thing is a crock of crap. Weight is inaccurate, readings change crazy amounts… like over 20lbs of muscle gained over night, 40 lbs lost in bone mass the next… so angry about this product but furious at the lack of customer support.

Beware: new Renpho scale gives inflated readings
Was excited to replace our two existing Renpho scales with this newer model until I used it. Difference between this new scale and both of existing ones (who show the exact same weight) is 5.1 pounds heavier. What? Just read a few reviews online that says Renpho changed their algorithm and their new scales can weigh heavier or lighter than previous scales, but 5 lbs is nuts. I wish I had seen that bit of info before ordering this. Returning and going with a different brand. No confidence or trust in the new Renpho model.

Inaccurate, False readings. Buy something else.
It consistently says I have 18% body fat.. I’m a 50 yo woman who does not work out.. today it said 12%. I always measure the same time of day. This scale is garbage. I wrote the company on FB and got no response. Buy a different brand.

Accuracy Sucks
Accuracy sucks compared to aDEXA scan actual 13% BF but scale reads 22%. Also somehow my right arm has two more pounds of fat than than my left….

Do Not Recommend – Not Morphoscan Sold On Renpho Website
This scale is not worth the money. It is not the same new Morphoscan scale sold on Renpho cheaper with a coupon. It does not have the display on the handle. It takes a very long time to measure. It uses regular batteries. Felt mislead when I searched for a Morphoscan scale and found it on Amazon. Then received this and it’s not the same. Very disappointed.

Before you buy this, make sure you realize this is not the model on their website. This is an older outdated model. There are some pretty big differences between the two. This one isn’t even sold anymore.

I bought this one based on the Amazon reviews and am blown away by the build quality, the quality of the app, the seamless integration with Apple Health, etc. I can also take measurements on my watch and save separate profiles for the kids and other family members! Weighing up was never my favourite activity but this scale might be the answer! Worth it!
