Worth Every Penny!
Don’t hesitate to buy these! They stay heated all day long with consistent heat. You will begin to feel the heat within 10 minutes of applying it. My acupuncturist was the one who introduced me to these natural heat patches from another brand.Her’s were good but not like this. I’ve even purchased the Midol brand they are a good comparison but way more expensive and they don’t last as long. I wear these patches almost every day due to autoimmune disease, they are a life saver!

Perfect for on the go
The heat level is perfect if wearing during the day, they are super easy to use and the quality is really good. I like these much better than others I have tried because they are thin. One down side is it’s hard to get the sticky part off if u have nails otherwise 10/10

These chemical heating pads work very well when they are exposed to the air. They get toasty warm and are very soothing without ever feeling dangerous hot. They are well-sized (5in x 3.75in / 13cm x 9.5cm) and fit perfectly inside underclothing to deliver heat exactly where it’s needed, and they are also thin enough that they are not easily visible through my clothes. The adhesive used is not gummy and doesn’t stain, but is strong, dry, and odorless, and I’ve actually been able to move the pad from one piece of clothing to another without it losing much of the stickiness.It started to get warm from the moment I opened the sealed plastic bag, but the warmth was noticeably lessened after I’d been seated for a half hour. However, when I stood up and started walking around, the heat returned. A few experiments showed that it remains hot as long as it’s getting enough oxygen exposure to keep the chemical reaction going. If I spend too long in one position and there’s not enough airflow around the pad then it begins to cool, but once it gets more air it immediately starts to heat up again. Just one pad can last almost 24 hours – since I tend to feel better and less crampy when I walk around anyway, I don’t mind the on-and-off effect, but it would be frustrating if I had to stay seated and couldn’t move about to activate it.Everything else is great: I like that it doesn’t get so hot that I’m risking burns, it’s easy to use and can be reposition or moved without losing all adhesion, it doesn’t damage my clothes or cause me any negative skin reactions, and it’s a good size and thickness to be both discreet and effective.
