Easy to use heat patches that last a long time
These were fantastic for my IVF transfer. I was told I could only use a heat pad for about 5 minutes because we didn’t want to risk overly warming the uterus even from the back. We had to do 11 weeks of PIO (intramuscular progesterone) on my backside and it can create welts and bumps because the oil is thick!These were a godsend!! Because they are spot targeted, I could use these after my shots just on the area that I had the shot and it would warm the oil and prevent soreness. Sweet relief! They are the perfect size for that area. I know they would be good to for the abdomen for period cramps too. Easy to use and I feel like you could move them and they would keep their stickiness so you could rotate one patch on several areas.I bought these multiple times and will continue to do so! If you are considering these, just get them.

I got this for my daughter to help with her period cramps, and it’s been a total game changer! She says it heats up quickly, feels soothing, and really helps calm her pain without having to take medicine. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and perfect for wearing around the house or even under clothes. I love that it’s rechargeable and easy to use definitely worth it for anyone who struggles with menstrual cramps. Seeing her feel better makes this an easy 10/10 purchase!

Mostly all good things!
The amount of time these patches last is wild compared to other brands I’ve tried before honestly!! I definitely wish more came in a package there’s only 3 per box which is a bit 😕 so you have to buy several to make them last if you use them alot like I do. I’ve put it on my back for back pain not just abdomen and it’s nice. They got hotter than the others as well which I like alot. So over all the fact that they last all day or half a day for sure is amazing as well as how hot they do become, but I do wish more than 3 came per box which is purely the only critique I’d say to these, otherwise they’re worth getting. They are very helpful for my IC of my Bladder (painful Bladder condition) and my IBS when my colon has spasms, so I do use the patches for my Bladder and abdomen the most but I do for my back here and there as well, plus they’re easy to use, as well and comfortable to wear. So I’ll say 9 out of 10 stars pretty good!

I’m confused with the comments saying this works for people that have heavy period pain. This definitely will not work for that. I had to opt to buying advil because my cramps really kicked in at a certain point. It gets fairly warm but because there’s fabric you have to put it on it’s gonna diffuse how much you would feel it. If you have a bit of cramps or discomfort it would help. But legit cramps? Absolutely not. Definitely wouldn’t buy it again but the concept itself is interesting theory.

Really helped within half an hour, soothed my stomach cramps and helped me get to sleep, much better than a water bottle. It stays hot for hours and hours, only used two for abdominal and back pain and it’s really helped. Just peel and stick over thin layer of clothing and you’re good to go. Really good for the price if you suffer with bad cramps.
