I started feeling the effects after the 1st time of taking it.It was subtle then but I’ve taken it daily for 3 or 4 days now and I can feel the effect a bit more.What I feel..I feel noticeably more focused, less anxious, maybe even a bit more motivated.I do sense the whole “brain fog” being gone now and have better mental clarity.Having to only take 1 pill is nice and you don’t get any bad aftertaste.My stomach *can* be sensitive at times. I haven’t had any issues with these pills.Size is a big on the bigger size, still no issues swallowing it.For the price, these pills are definitely worth it.
