Someone told me DHEA could help me feel younger, stronger, or maybe just less like I groan every time I stand up — so here we are. A bottle big enough to last through all my attempts to biohack middle age. Gluten-free, soy-free, non-GMO — basically guilt-free self-improvement in capsule form.At 50mg a pop, I’m not sure if I’m boosting hormones or confidence, but I’ll take either. It’s too soon to say if I’m turning into a superhero, but I do feel slightly more invincible walking past the vitamin aisle now. If science catches up with my optimism, I’ll be unstoppable by spring.

This is an essential nutrient for males. No weird taste or smell. It’s top notch quality and you will notice its effectiveness pretty quickly. Helps regulate the male body and helps manage your weight and other things. I won’t write them all here but you can just do some research.

46yr old women, within one day of taking it by breasts became very sore and then the 2nd day of taking it my period started a week ahead of schedule. I’m convinced it was the supplement. Decided to stop taking it. Probably too high of a dose for me.

If you’re looking to add muscle mass, you need to add DHEA to your supplementation.I’ve put on obvious muscle once my body built up enough DHEA in my system, even at almost 50 years of age. No TRT/HRT. No steroids. But I put men half my age to shame. Oh, and in Canada you need a prescription to get DHEA because of its anabolic potential.If you go to the gym, work out in a home gym, are trying to put in some muscle, give this supplement a chance. You won’t be disappointed.
