Easy to use
I use this for my legs to help strengthen.And tone and keep the lymphatic fluid moving. My legs were very weak after a broken ankle.Set me down for 5 months. This is wonderful to help rebuild the strength at a slow pace

Worth it…
I have only been using this a week, however I know it’s working bc I feel the burn. I originally bought it to strengthen my pelvic floor. Not sure if it’s doing that yet, but it’s doing something. People complain it’s uncomfortable, but I didn’t find it to be. It’s possible they have it placed wrong. It was easy peasy to put together and you can use it anywhere. So for the $ it’s by far worth it. Tension is good and sturdiness is great.

Definitely recommend! I am shocked at how good of a thigh workout this is. Pulse the squeezing if you need to to feel the burn in the inner thigh muscles. Definitely recommend ! Its the perfect size imo
