I bought NATURELO’s Men’s One Daily Multivitamin because I wanted something clean and plant-based, and it’s lived up to my expectations. The capsule is easy to take and doesn’t cause any nausea. I like that it includes whole-food-sourced vitamins, minerals, and extra support ingredients like B12 and zinc, which is great because I’m vegan and probably deficient. After taking it consistently, I’ve felt more balanced and energized, especially on long busy work days. Definitely a solid option if you want a natural daily multivitamin.

Best multivitamin (no, literally)
I study biochemistry, pharmacology, and Neuroscience, and it’s very important to me to have a properly dosed and quality multivitamin that uses the best chemical forms of vitamins and minerals that are supported by peer-reviewed evidence. I used to buy this listing way before it was ever near the top of the search results, I found it buried. This is one of the only listings for multivitamins that uses the actual bioavailable forms of vitamin and well absorbed versions. For example there is vitamin B6 which normally comes as pyridoxine But here comes as p5p, which is the more active form. There’s also magnesium and zinc, which in developed countries are very common more people to be deficient in. However, crucially, this uses amino acid chelated forms of these minerals, as opposed to simple oxides, which have very poor absorption. While other companies do this like Thorn research and pure encapsulation, Naturalo does it at how much more reasonable price point. This makes it my go-to multivitamin.

Very decent product. I like that the vitamins and minerals are naturally derived, unfortunately there isn’t an GMP or USP stamp on the bottle. I traded it out for my go-to Nature Made brand multi that is USP verified so I know what I’m getting. Nature Made’s is also way less pricey.

NATURELO Men’s Multivitamins, a superior daily supplement?
I purchased an order of Naturelo vitamins last December. The main reason I switched to these natural vitamins is I was looking to steer clear of multivitamins that had insane amounts of vitamin B12 in their formula. My bottle of Naturelo vitamins will be running out in about a week and I did not reorder them a second time around. I found some inexpensive, generic vitamins at the store instead that did not have excessive levels of the vitamin B12 that I was trying to avoid.These certainly are expensive multivitamins. You look at the ingredients list on the bottle and there are all kinds of exotic substances listed on the label in very minute, miniscule quantities.Eating a healthy diet everyday that includes both fruits and vegetables is generally more beneficial and important to your body’s health than taking vitamin supplements as your body can more easily absorb nutrients and vitamins from regular food rather than from artificial supplements. Some of my favorite healthy foods are bananas, apples, broccoli, carrots and walnuts. These are all inexpensive items that are available all year long in my supermarket.I have taken these Naturelo vitamins everyday since last December and I don’t have any improved energy levels. I feel tired all the time, although in my exercise routines, once I get going I have no problems finishing my workouts. As far as an energy boost, I see nothing there. If these Naturelo vitamins were less expensive I would probably stick with them. Each Naturelo capsule runs 25 cents in the large 240 count size. The generic multivitamin/multimineral supplement that I purchased is only 5 cents a tablet, quite a difference in cost between the two.There are 29 ingredients listed on the Naturelo bottle with 22 ingredients listed on the generic brand. I believe taking a daily vitamin supplement is beneficial for your long term health. Most doctors recommend vitamin supplements in addition to a healthy diet.
