A Guide on how to, just, Deal…
I went from picking it up to read while sitting in my kid’s car rider’s line, to dedicating 15 mins a day to focus on me with my book. It will require for you to be ready to be honest with yourself and look hard into your “mirror”. As a woman who is an employee, an entrepreneur, a mother, a lover, a daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, etc., it helped me realize that I really haven’t demanded what I need from others, but most importantly myself. I am now using this book more as a guide, a tool to help with some things that I had been putting aside. This is definitely something that you should invest in for self care ❤️

I have bone cancer, two adult children with problems, a husband who doesn’t listen. This book doesn’t help with my anxiety. My anxiety came on after I got bone cancer. Calming down concentrating I can’t do.

Healing is Appealing!
This journey through Nashay’s Mental Health Workbook has transformed my mental health journey. Before reading her book I had limited ways to express intense emotions. This book has shown me so many other ways to express how I’m feeling. These healthy expressions are the catalyst for the foundational change within me. Thank you for this practical and intuitive guide to mental health awareness and healing.

Workbook for Everyone
This is a great book for women at any stage of the journey to addressing their mental health. It is packed full of knowledge and wisdom, yet reads so smoothly. I received an advanced copy of the book from the publisher and I love all the space to takes notes, even outside of the exercises. Lots of resources for further reading scattered throughout the book.

Self diagnosis book
It wasn’t what I expected. I think it’s to self diagnose yourself and gives information on different mental health issues like depression amd but polar.
