    I LOVE THIS VENT JOURNAL!!!
    EXCELLENT TOOL FOR TIMES LIKE THESE!!!! In today’s world we are globally facing a massive increae in conflict, anxiety, depression, anger and deep frustration. This journal has ways to track your thoughts and emotioms that makes it fun and easy. This journal gave me a place to leave it on the page and be more present. It is so pretty I look forward to writing in it every day. As a therapist I am so thankful for this vent journal. It is a support and guide for managing difficult emotions. The sections and prompts make it easy to write and release frustration. Journal work can be extremely therapeutic for supporting mental health. I LOVE THIS VENT JOURNAL!!!

    Raw, Honest, and Exactly What I Needed
    I’ve only just started this journal, but I’m already hooked. The prompts go way deeper than I expected. They cut straight to the things I usually push aside or avoid. For example, early on it asks questions like what I judge about myself or others at 3am, how my energy levels really are, and how often I feel frustrated. They’re raw and unfiltered in a way that makes you stop and reflect honestly, without the pressure of “toxic positivity.” Even just a few pages in, I can tell this is going to be a powerful tool for processing emotions and finding some inner peace. If you’ve been looking for a safe space to vent and really face what’s going on inside, this feels like the perfect journal.

    Beautiful and thought provoking
    I am really enjoying this journal. It’s become a safe space for me to get my thoughts out without judgment. The prompts help me go deeper and is really a great tool for mental wellness and self awareness. I also love the beautiful red coloring with gold edged paintings, as well as the texture of the cover which makes me more drawn to want to pick it up and use it.

    “A safe space to be gloriously cranky”
    This is a beautifully made journal that arrived at just the right time and in just the right color (complete with Red Book-potential for those of us already steeped in shadow work). It’s an enticingly safe space to be “gloriously cranky” as the author puts it; to carefully, compassionately unravel, examine, and love oneself back to wholeness — perceived warts and all — one journal entry/venting session at a time. And it’s a blend of gentle inquiry and integration that leaves no stone unturned in areas of life including work, relationships, and “stupid people”, without being necessarily prescriptive. Pair with gentle breath-work, a cup of calming tea, and your favorite pen.
