    After starting new medication I knew I needed something to write down my feelings and keep track of what was going on! This is a prefect beginner book. It helped motivate me to keep moving forward!

    It is a good book in that if you don’t want to write much, it will work for you. On the other hand, if that changes, then there is not sufficient space. Such is the life of picking a fit for all that you may need. It doesn’t always work the way you think it will. Other than that, it is a nice little book. Receiver liked it, images to color are catchy and easy to color. Layout doesn’t get boring as they are mixed together.

    This journal really does have everything. Mood tracking, CBT exercises, coloring pages, and even a dream diary. It’s amazing how much is packed inside, and I love that it covers so many aspects of mental health and self-care. At the same time, it can feel a little overwhelming, since there’s so much to flip through. I agree with other reviewers that adding your own tabs would make it easier to navigate. Overall, it’s a fantastic all-in-one tool if you want variety in your mental health routine.
