I don’t usually write reviews, but I absolutely love these gummies! I was having hot flashes all throughout the day. My night sweats were terrible and happening almost every night. I had to buy mini handheld fans to carry with me throughout the day and purchased a fan with a remote for my night sweats. I was having mood swings and was extremely irritable. A friend told me about these gummies and I ordered them immediately. I started taking two a day and started seeing a slight decrease in the amount of hot flashes in about a week. After three weeks of consistently taking these gummies every morning, the hot flashes and night sweats were gone. I also had a bonus benefit! My libido increased significantly which made my husband extremely happy. I would highly recommend these gummies to anyone who is experiencing the same symptoms. Hello. My name is Summer and I went into early menopause. I’ve had severe severe hot flashes very moody. I would just start screaming out of the middle of nowhere my family. Great vitamin for menopause
I’ve taken this vitamin for about a year and it’s a great natural support for women going through menopause. Before taking this vitamin I was experiencing all the symptoms of menopause, night sweats ( the worst literally felt like my body was on fire); wait gain, and mood swings. After taking these vitamins for about a year the night sweats have subsided, I’ve lost weight and maintained it, and I’ve more control over my emotions. Drawback is if you forget to take them the symptoms start coming back.

WONDERFUL game changer for me! I am not too big on writing very many reviews but this one after I have tried for almost 3 months now i just had to do it because I can’t believe it. I researched all kinds of natural gummies for Menopause and didn’t want to pay and arm and a leg for something if it really wasn’t going to work. So, all of all of them I choose this one and I am so glad I did NO joke it has helped me out in every way! I really thought I was losing it awful mood swings hot flashes like 6-7 times a night I really didn’t know how I was going to survive Menopause well since taking this my mood has been better and the hot flashes have wen from 6-7 to 0-2 maybe a night, I couldn’t be happier and more surprised by this product for real! Now when i read the reviews people were taking 2 of these a day but some were complaining about headaches so I thought I am only going to start off taking one a day at the same time everyday see how it does if I think I have to bump it up then i will well from me at this time it is working so I am not increasing. Almost went to the ER because of these
I had a very unusual side effect from this. I took it consistently for 7 days, on day 2, I got a terrible nose bleed which I’ve never had before. The nose bleeds continued daily and we’re hard to stop. I ruled everything out as the cause, then remembered I started taking these right before. The day I stopped, the bleeding also stopped.

I have suffered from crashing fatigue, brain fog, low mood and the tired out of nowhere feeling for a good 2-3 years. I couldn’t remember a time when I actually felt more than a 6/10. (that was a good day). I would have a great night’s sleep and still wake up foggy, tired and just dreading my day ahead.After seeing reviews, I thought, what the heck, I will try this. I NEED to try something. I was desperate.On days 1 and 2 I doubled the dose…uhhh bad idea, you may suffer a headache for the first few days, I had a super migraine.. I guess 2 pills on day one and two were not so smart. BUT… the energy and good mood! WOW! I can’t say enough good about this product. I am my old self again. I look forward to doing things again, I wake up clear-headed and I have energy all day again. It has saved me. I was starting to dread working because of my daily fatigue. Now every day is great.After going back to one pill per day, (on day 3) energy was still high…. but by day 6… I still felt great, but not like at the start. SO…I began taking one at noon lunch, and one before bed. a day later…I am back to that astounding energy. And No headaches whatsoever.All of this to say, I don’t know what the ingredient is in this supplement that works so well. Surely it is a combination. Perhaps it is the DIM, or the phyto estrogens. I am a larger woman so I think the double dose is probably what is helping to feel my best.If you are suffering from peri-menopause symptoms and that crashing fatigue and low mood/ brain fog. Give this a try. There will perhaps be headaches for the first few days. But I just took tylenol. I could deal with the headaches anyways, a headache is far better than brain fog and debilitating fatigue. This supplement gave me back my life.

The vitamin company reached out to me about my concern and they were amazing.This product caused belly discomfort and nausea. It’s possible that my body system just didn’t agree with something in the vitamins. I can say for certain I had more energy aside from the nausea and cramps so that in itself is positive.I read the reviews before purchasing and they were positive reviews.
