Happy with this miracle machine. Instant relief for my carpal tunnel pain and sore muscles.
Since working from home, I have had a lot more muscle pain all over, mostly from sitting in the same position for a long time. My carpal tunnel syndrome has also been flaring up more frequently, therefore I set out to find a remedy. And wow did I find it! After using the tens massager a few days, the pain went from a 10 to a 2. I love that it’s so compact, I can carry it in my purse and just put it on whenever I need some pain relief. I also use it for my sciatica pain and let me tell you, it is working wonders for me. I wish I would have found this great little miracle machine a long time ago. It has 6 different massage modes and different intensity levels, it is very easy to charge and use so I can’t rave enough about it. The price is also very good considering I used to frequently visit the chiropractor and not only was it very pricey, but I had to make an appointment, drive there, take time off of work which was not always convenient. And now with this great tool, I can use it anytime, at my convenience. Definitely a great buy!

I purchased this after having a pretty devastating accident which caused an extreme spinal injury. Surgery wasn’t an option and I have been in physical therapy but was still having so much pain in my back. For some context I had two herniated discs and a lumbar spinal contusion from the accident. In addition I already had scoliosis and sciatica and could never get away from the pain and I didn’t want to take painkillers every day of my life. This TENS Unit is one of the few things that has actually greatly helped with my back pain and stiffness in my muscles!! It’s very user friendly and the booklet that comes with it is very thorough and explains all the settings as well as any problem solving that you could possibly have if it were to come up. Everything comes in its own pouch with everything included for perfect storage and no tangled cords. The battery lasts incredibly long before you have to charge it and then unit comes with enough electrodes for whatever your needs are in good sizes that aren’t too small. It’s super easy to use and feels great!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND as a person who has suffered immense back pain for over 15 years!! Get this item and you won’t regret it!! I love this product and love how it really is the perfect size while still being so powerful!!

Unsatisfied and Frustrated!
I’m very disappointed!!! This product does not work. No stimulation or vibration, even. Only lights up and functions move but that is all it does. Don’t waste your money on this product because you will not get it back. It says no refund for this product. Obviously, the seller knows this product is faulty, otherwise they would give a refund and make it right!! Its just another way to scam folks!!

Love This Little Power House!!!
I cannot tell you how great this little guy is.I dont have to use it for months, but when I do, WOW, IM SO GLAD I HAVE IT!!!I like that I can keep it going all night, just bump up the timer.Great staying power. Have had it for a year and 8 months, still great.The pads are good, but dont last very well if you dont care for them correctly and clean them immediately after use. I have had it so long, I bought replacement large pads.Best tool Ive ever bought.

Many Uses
I’ve used this Megawise TENS Unit for a week now on foot pain and plan to use it more for muscle pain due to intense yard work later in the spring. I know I’ll need it for that from past experience.As for the foot pain the placement of the electrodes is shown in the accompanied pic. I’ve put them on the side of my Achilles tendons (and the bottom of my feet at the arch) because they’ve started to bother me in the evenings after being on my feet all day. Hopefully this will work well for plantar fasciitis which I feel coming on after having it last year and know the signs. I’ve been told it should though it’s not mentioned specifically in the user manual.I’ve noticed that my feet aren’t as sore now in the morning when first getting out of bed so that’s a good sign.This unit is easy to use and there are so many options and intensities to choose from that I had no problem finding the best ones for me. Be sure to start off at the lower intensity and then gradually increase it to find which one is most comfortable for you or you may be sorry😖 I found out the hard way…..I say give it a try. There are numerous ailments mentioned in the manual so I’m sure anyone would benefit in one way or another from using this TENS Unit.

Not very powerful, but fine for light TENS use
Well, you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a very low powered TENS unit, this will work just fine. At full power it provides a light TENS sensation.As to the modes, it’s a little misleading. It doesn’t have enough power to deliver EMS or NMES. The modes are basically different modulations of the light TENS signal it produces. There are 6 different “modes” with 4 options each (hence the 24, and the x2 is that it supports 2 lead pairs.) Some of these modes are not distinguishable from some of the others.The nice thing is that it is small enough to wear while you’re moving around. The supplied pads are of great quality, as are the lead wires. It charges off a micro-USB.Bottom line is this…If you’re looking for a light relaxing TENS sensation, this is great for the price. If you’re looking for that deep muscle EMS, this just doesn’t have the power to deliver.
