Haven’t seen a change yet but it has only been a few days. For a 30 day supply there are many cheaper options.

Kind of works
We did notice a minor change, but it’s hard to tell if that’s just the placebo effect.They taste good, no weird odor, they’re basically candy so that’s to be expected.They do stick together a little but it’s not too bad, they didn’t fuse into a giant lump.And the ingredients all seem decent just for general health.I think this will be much more effective if you have a deficiency in any of these vitamins or ingredients, but for us, the effect was there, but minimal and probably not worth the cost.

Tasty but I’m not going to continue taking them for 6 months to see if they work.
I started taking them hoping they might help with stress, drive, or maybe improve things a little. The gummies taste good. They’re easy to take, and they feel more pleasant than some pills I’ve tried.After a few weeks I have not notices any changes, not surprising since the hard to read (black print over dark label)I needed a flashlight to see the writing which stated to use for at least 6 months. Also, I was cautious because with herbs like ashwagandha, there can be interactions or side effects, especially if you’re taking medications or have health issues. Some studies show ashwagandha might reduce stress or support sexual wellness by affecting hormones, but more research is needed.If you try them, give it time, and use with caution, especially if you have medical concerns.

These gummies are tasty. I like that they have ashwagandha. These are supposed to boost the libido. I think they work but not like an immediate boost. They overall make me feel good.

Gave to wife, no noticeable change
I gave these to my wife who took them for a week or two. They taste fine and I started taking them since they have ashwaganda in them, but I did not see any noticeable improvement in her libido.

Too long to wait for results
I don’t have six month to wait to see of those gummies are effective at what they claim. I haven’t noticed any results so far after a month. The taste is okay but I wish it didn’t have sucralose as an ingredients. I am not able to make claims on its health benefits or energy level changes. Ingredients are okay as an overall vitamin supplement.
