Great product and good customer service
Best pre-workout I have tried. Kicks in quickly and I can definitely tell a difference in how hard I can train and motivates me mentally to keep going. I’ve only tried the Cherry Limeade but I like it, it’s a little sweet for my taste but I just mix with extra water. I use two scoops in 32oz of water, drink about half before the workout and the rest during. I contacted their customer support to confirm there were no carbs or calories and they responded in less than 24 hours to confirm. Great product which I will continue using for sure.

This is probably my favorite pre-workout I’ve ever used. The flavor is really good, mixes well, and never feels too heavy. I’ve bought it around six times already because the energy and focus are consistent every single time. No weird crash afterward either. Solid pre-workout and worth the repeat buys

Tastes Good and Works Well but Check Safety Seal
I buy this product often from Amazon. I like the taste of the green apple flavor and it gives me the energy I need for my morning workout. However, the last time I ordered it, the safety seal was broken. When I got the product, I was able to see the powder coming through the clear shrink wrap seal on the outside. Not to my surprise, the safety seal was broken when I took the lid off. Because this product is not returnable due to food safety reasons, I had to use the customer service chat feature to get the refund. If this happens to you with any supplement, don’t use the product because you never know if someone tampered with it or it just got damaged in shipping. It’s not worth risking it.

Asqueroso 🤢, compré este producto esperando fuera bueno como promete y como dicen los comentarios y lamentablemente no fue así, el sabor es horrible y me dio tembladera después de tomarlo. Yo le puse dos cucharadas quizás fue muy fuerte pero le puse varias veces agua para que mejorara y nada era horrible a la final tuve que botar lo que me había preparado. El pote lo tendré que regalar porque no creo que pueda intentar nuevamente tomarlo y lo peor de todo es que compré este pre workout y post workout. Dinero perdido 😡…Actualizando: realmente a pesar de tener esta experiencia puedo recomendar un100% al vendedor. Es una persona súper responsable y atenta que pudo ayudarme de manera satisfactoria con mi problema. Es por eso que le doy 5 estrellas realmente se lo merece. Gracias! 😊

It works for me, I’ve tried many and this is the best.
This is one of the best pre-workouts I’ve ever used. I’m 43 years old and it works incredibly well. I highly recommend it, but if you’re sensitive to caffeine, don’t use it. Even so, I still recommend it.

It’s okay but it’s so messy. Prob the messiest preworkout I’ve ever used. The scoop is open on both sides. 1 serving 1 side and 2 the other side. So when you scoop it, if anything is on the other side it goes everywhere.The powder is super light so it mixes super easy but the flip side is when you open the container it flies everywhere. Not 1 time I’ve used it that I haven’t had to wipe off the counters.

Yes. Even though it says it’s designed for men…I’m a female and I take it pre workout..running. I absolutely love it. Clean energy and no crash. I have a clear mental focus and a ton of long lasting energy. That’s why I keep buying it. I recommend it but you make your judgment. Try it!

Fairly Decent Preworkout Option
UPDATED REVIEW:I am changing this review based on the level of customer support I received and the fact that my first item was most likely defective. When we spoke I explained how the freshness seal was not really secured when I first opened it and provided them with the lot and batch number so they could check on their end. They offered to send me a replacement at no charge so I opted to get the blue raspberry flavor. I have been using it since I was delivered (a standard one scoop dosage) and am liking the results I get. The only minor (and I really mean minor) issue is that it gets very frothy so the last few sips are just foam. It reminds me of a whiskey sour which is made with an egg white and gets a frothy head. Honestly I would rather it be like that that gritty or grainy.——————–INITIAL REVIEW:I’ve tried this pre workout for the past week and am just not a fan. First off the flavor (pineapple in this case) tastes off. I don’t know if my batch is the issue or this is supposed to be what it tastes like. The best explanation is if you had a pineapple flavored High Noon Hard Seltzer that went flat and got skunky. It doesn’t mix or dissolve well so it’s got a bitter and gritty aftertaste too. My wife used it as well and had the same opinions. I’ve even played around with my water ratios too in hopes it would taste better, but it didn’t.As far as effectiveness, it’s just okay. One scoop does nothing for me so I did two and that barely had me going. The only upside is you don’t get the “Tyrone Biggums” effect where you want to scratch your face off.I bought it because it had decent reviews and it was priced right, but in actuality if I’m having to double or even triple the dosage it’s really not all that much cheaper than others out there.

This is the second one I have purchased. This supplement is good in that it gives me enough of a boost, without feeling jittery. On some mornings I am up very early to get to the gym, so one small scoop of this roughly 15-20 mins before my workout is enough to get me through my hour-long workout without any ill effects afterward.

This is hands-down my favorite pre-workout, and I’ve already ordered it twice. The first time it came with a clever double-sided scoop (one side for a single serving, the other for a double). I loved that feature, but my second order only included a standard small scoop. Not a dealbreaker, just a little disappointing since the double scoop made it easier to measure.As for the product itself, it’s excellent. The flavor is one of the best I’ve tried — no weird aftertaste — and it mixes easily. It gives me the boost I need for my 4:30 a.m. workouts without the over-the-top jitters, shakes, or tingly skin some other pre-workouts cause. Just clean energy and focus that lasts through my session.
