These are my favorite iron pills bc the ones I used to take didn’t have a clear capsule around it and it was so gross tasting when I swallowed them. These are a different story! These were easy for me to swallow and did not have a gross taste to it! Thank goodness I found these kind!

My red blood cell count was low due to surgery and felt I needed Iron. I purchased this particular brand for the way it was manufactured knowing it would be a good, safe product. It said to take one pill a day, but I took one in the morning and one at night. After about a week my strength and stamina began improving noticeably. I’ve continued to take the pills but am down to just one per day.
