I had been looking for a pelvic floor exercise device for a while, and I’m really happy with this one. Works if you keep at it
As a runner at 50 I was having to pee all the time or wear a pad. Yuck after all you are still running marathons at 50 to feel young not older. I have tried several other devices but I quickly tired of them. This is easy to use and to clean. It will not work a miracle in a few days but stick with it and you will see results. I thank God I found this. Here is to my next pee free !!!!

This pelvic floor exercise device has been easier to use than I expected. It provides detailed instructions and video guides that were very helpful for getting started.I began with the lowest intensity setting and gradually worked my way up to what felt comfortable. After each session, my muscles felt fine without discomfort or strain.It has four preset programs to have it simple to use without complicated adjustments. After a month of regular use, I can already feel some improvement in my pelvic floor strength. Honestly, it is a convenient and effective tool for targeted exercise.

Product works good. The only issue I have is the probe is too large, making it uncomfortable. The battery life is excellent as it is rechargeable. I would love it if I could get a smaller probe.

Good treatment device!
I was facing urinary leakage after giving birth because my pelvic floor muscles were weak. It was not convenient for me when I ran or sneezed too hard. I started using this urinary incontinence treatment device for home treatment. I saw improvement after using this device for a while. The leakage was reduced. I know that it takes more time to train the muscles, but with good improvement, it gives me a good sign. The device is sturdy and easy to use. I relaxed on the bed, followed the instructions, and the device worked well. The electric pulse level helps train the muscles but does not cause any discomfort. I can adjust up to 80 intensity levels, and there are 4 modes that can be switched. It runs silently, so it does not disturb me when I read during the treatment. With good improvement, I am satisfied with this device and continue to use it for the best results.
