Works great! Cautionary tale…
This slim tea definitely works, but learn from my mistake. The first day I had one cup and everything was totally fine, just a normal bowel movement, no discomfort, no cramping, absolutely zero issues. The second day nothing happened, but I was totally bloated still and feeling gross, so I ✨foolishly✨ drank a second cup. On day three I didn’t drink any tea, but I ate a heavy meal and soon felt like I was turning into a vampire…. sweating, cramping, and nauseous.This tea is not meant for daily use. Only use it 2–3 times a week max, and only when you’re actually feeling backed up. Also, do not use it on a day where you think you might be eating a heavy, greasy or a dairy heavy meal. Eat light and hydrate on days you plan on drinking it. Eating heavy will intensify any cramping or uncomfortableness. One cup is enough. On your off days, peppermint or ginger tea are great gentler options. Great product, just respect its strength! It can also take up to 36 hours to hit ya! Senna surprise!! So don’t think it’s not working and double up like I did. Despite my self induced minor issues, it did make me feel so much better. I would use it again and recommend it!!

Amazing but the cramping hurts loll
At first I had written that the tea didn’t work but I’m coming back to say this tea is amazing. Let me break this downUnlike my other experiences of drinking a whole thing of prune juice when I feel constipated , drinking this was a slow burn. I will say the cramping was no fun at all, I felt like I was going through labor but bloating, constipation was gone . I wasn’t trying to lose weight but I did lose 4-5 pds within a couple of days.I did make 2 tea bags instead of one. The tea tasted great (I got the mango), I drank it at 7 Pm and started feeling the effect at 2 am (will not be doing that again hahah) I’ll either drink it during the day or late at night .My stomach is completely flat now & no more constipation .
