A must-have!
I have been pregnant back-to-back for my first and most recent pregnancy, and I was also on a modified keto diet during that time period. Water consumption and electrolytes were a must and are still as I’m breastfeeding. These tabs have been my go-to with my daily supplements for the past two years. Though they do taste salty, the taste isn’t too much. They’re quite effective and a very decent value and strength for my money with 200 pills in the bottle.

Can’t tell if it works
The only energy that I’m really getting from this is from my tastebuds which yell at me to spit it out. Don’t let it sit on your tongue as it taste terrible. You have to be fairly quick and able to throw it back so if you can’t do that then sit this one out. It’s also pretty grainy texture wise and has you feeling like you took the entire spoonful of the bottom of a cheezits bag in your mouth at once. You’ll probably wondering why I didn’t just buy a flavored tablet but I just didn’t want one. I prefer to taste little to nothing when it comes to supplements so this was new. Delivery was great though.

I’m repurchasing because I’m about to finish my first bottle. I find these to be very effective in keeping my electrolytes balanced. I’ve tried several of the liquid drops that you add to water, and I strongly prefer these pills.As far as swallowability, they’re not small, but they are flat and oval-shaped. The dosage is three pills to each eight ounces of water. The pills are a little powdery and they taste salty, as you’d probably expect, but there is no bitterness at all. They are not scored, but you could definitely cut or break them if you wanted.

Helps reduce muscle soreness
I work in manufacturing. It is HOT. I sweat a LOT, and will literally drink 2 gallons of water during a 10 hour shift in summer. This noticeably helps prevent cramps and muscle soreness by end of shift. New hires pass out all the time because they don’t take heat exhaustion and dehydration seriously. This helps me a lot. I take one tablet every 2-3 bottles of water until it starts to cool down.
