I originally purchased an MG460 Back Massager with a 3-Year Protection Plan. After about two years of use, the motor stopped working and I needed a replacement. I really liked my HANGSUN MG460 and was actually planning to buy another one here anyway. This was my first time dealing with a seller who treats customers so sincerely—it truly felt like they valued me and my experience. In the end, they replaced my MG460 with a brand new unit. While this was covered under my protection plan, what stood out even more was their attitude and commitment to making things right. It really gave me peace of mind.I’ve noticed some reviews mentioning noise or wire issues, so I’d like to share my experience after two years of use. Regarding noise, I personally haven’t found it noticeable. That said, everyone’s sensitivity to sound is different, and any electric motor will produce some level of noise. What matters most to me is the performance—how well it relieves muscle tension in the back and legs. For me, it’s been a perfect and fully satisfying experience.As for the wire, I’ve used my massager for 30–60 minutes every two to three days over these two years, and the cable remains intact—no damage or cracks. I make sure to avoid repeatedly folding or tightly coiling the wire and simply store it back in the box after use. It’s as simple as that.If you’ve ever dealt with sellers who ignore their customers, you’ll understand how rare this level of service is. I’ll definitely recommend HANGSUN to everyone I know. Amazing
Let’s say I’ve had many many massagers thru out my yrs and wasn’t sure about this brand. My calfskin knees and sciatica was killing me and knee calf swollen and couldn’t bend my knee cap. This iscthe absolute best massager I’ve ever tryed! I’ve gad thise gun types that kill more then help but this is just the right amount of everything.3 different attachments..not to keen on the one for head. Love the slide speed whichbis easy-to-use just slide while using it. It absolutely helped with the pain and swelling.Do not hesitate to buy this.The only con if I call it that is ..its alittle top heavy and while using it you can accidentlybhit off on button or the slide speed but who cares this is amazing and better then any popular name brand.If I could give it 10 stars I would. Not sure how long it may last but I would buy another if it died.

It redeemed itself
I had this for a few months now so I feel like it’s a good time to review this. I bought this for myself to help out after working out or for those long walking around days on my feet. For comparison we have a more expensive competitor body massager product that’s been on the market for a long time. The specs and characteristics between the two are different, but work very similar.First and foremost I almost wanted to return this thing when I got it. This might have been resolved by now since I bought this months ago. The spikey looking adapter I got for massaging your head has a very strong plastic chemical smell. I strongly suggest you either throw that away or let it air out over weeks like I did. Don’t keep it in your home. Put it in the garage, outside or in a zip lock bag of baking soda if you plan to keep it. I wanted to try it out so I aired it out in the garage. When I eventually tested it out, it was OK. My main purpose of getting this massager wasn’t for my head.Price wise I didn’t want to buy another expensive massager. Something simple and had a decent amount of reviews. At the time of purchase it was a bit cheaper then others and doesn’t come with a heat feature. I liked that this one came with different attachments. The main one that I keep on is the one that has the small bump in the center. It does well in focusing the pulses. In terms of weight, this unit is pretty light. It makes it easier to maneuver around and feels less clunky. That can be a negative in terms of you may not feel like it’s working hard because it feels too light. Not enough weight is holding it down while its on. I say that because the expensive one that I passed on to my family member is a lot heavier and it pulses slower. This unit is lighter and pulses faster. The other thing I like about it is that it’s a DC motor with variable slider speeds, not like a 1,2,3 speed where you may want a 2.5 speed but can’t. I terms of effectiveness, it’s pretty good. It’s different, in that since the travel distance of the pulses isn’t as far it feels gentle then what I’m use to even on high. Since it has a high pulses rate, I find that you just need to let it do its thing while moving it around the target area. What I do is I’ll target maybe my right shoulder for a minute then I’ll go to my other shoulder for a minute and go back and forth 2 or 3 times. The handle is comfortable, but slims down to a point. I feel like it should be a bit longer. I find myself holding near the cord a lot.Overall It came out to be that it is worth keeping. May not work like others on the market, but it holds it’s own from the price range it’s in. So far its a 3.5/5 maybe a 4/5 in the future if it doesn’t break with in a year.
