Terrible!
Do not waste your money! This product does not work. I felt like it was relieving some of the symptoms (hot flashes, mood swings) but not the weight issue, sleep, sex drive, or sore body. So I figured to try another month just to see. Nope! Actually starting gaining weight and feeling hungry all the time. One important thing that I did notice with this product, you have to take it the same time of the day everyday!! If you don’t you will start feeling sick, dizzy, nauseous and faint. It’s a no for me and disappointing to spend $50 on a subpar product with no option for refund.

Pros & Cons, in my experience.
First, I have been using this product for 5 months (2 capsules daily, as recommended)- after switching from Happy Mammoth. I also cannot stress enough that everyone’s results are going to be as individual as they are. I waited until after 60 days of use to gauge how it was (or wasn’t) working for me before deciding if I was going to stick with it, or try something else.Pros:The pain, nausea, bloating and just “gross” feeling that I was experiencing EVERY time I ate- noticeably improved.The non-stop headaches decreased, not going away completely- but certainly far less are experienced. The cost compared to the product I was using before, was about 30% less.The ingredients had less “processed” things I couldn’t even pronounce.The random hot flashes almost completely stopped.Cons:I have never been one to experience heavy cramping at “that time”, and for the last 3-4 months- Cramping has not only increased, but is now absolutely horrible on the pain scale.Length of cycle has also increased (clockwork for over 30 years at 3 days) has now become 2 weeks.No real change in depth/restfulness of sleep or bettering sleep cycle.No weight loss or significant energy increase.Considerations: I can’t say for sure if any of the pros OR cons are directly from this product- I have also made changes such as getting blue light lenses in my “work” glasses, decreased my coffee consumption, started taking additional vitamins (K, D, B, C, A), and other small changes. I’m getting older- some things just “are what they are”, and no pill is going to magically change that. I also have a genetic defect (MTHFR) which CAN alter how my body processes some things- so maybe I am honestly just not getting/absorbing the full “bang” of the product.For me- the simple ability to not have a pounding head every day, or feel like I need to curl up and vomit after eating has been reason enough for me to continue purchasing- as blunt as that may sound!If you’re going to give it a try, then do so with an open mind, and try it for at least 60 days, taking as directed, before you reach your verdict.

Reduces weight and sugar cravings
I’ve been using this product for around 64 days with surprisingly good results. My appetite is greatly reduced along with my cravings for sugary foods. As a result, I’ve been losing weight.I agree with another reviewer that this product seems to cause hot flashes. I wound up re-adding ashwaganda to my daily supplements in order to eliminate the heat. Aside from this undesirable side effect, I am pleased with the progress that I’m making.Note that you will not drop a ton of weight overnight. For me, it took around 3 weeks before I started to realize that I stayed full all say after eating one meal. I’ve been looking for a hormone solution for at least 3 years and I’m hoping that I can lose all the menopausal weight with the aid of this product.
