Non-refrigerated version works best for me
The non-refrigerated version works really well for me—my stomach feels comfortable, almost like a “long-lost normal.”One thing to keep in mind: probiotics contain different strains and other active ingredients. It’s a good idea to check the label or ask GPT to see if it’s the right fit for you and to rule out potential allergies.I once tried the refrigerated version by chance, thinking it would be fresher, but I developed allergic reactions—mosquito bite–like bumps and joint discomfort. Even after pausing and restarting, the symptoms came back. Once I switched back to the non-refrigerated version, everything improved.

The bottle cap is defective and pops/kept popping open and the capsules were CONTAMINATED WITH moisture/rendering the medication/probiotics ineffective since the capsules were compromised and probiotics are ineffective/lowered if capsules are compromised/busted open and moitire leaked into the capsules and probiotics are ineefective if cannot pass through the stomach acids breaking down the probiotics before they can reach the gut/small&Large intestines. The probiotics die/lowered and essentially ineffective if killed/digested/broken down by moisture before it is infested, by somach acids if ingested and capsules are compromised/open/leaking and stomach acids can easily enter capsule to deactivate the Probiotics are no longer active/available/alive before they enter the small intestine/guts to adhere to buy lining/walls(cell-walls) to grow flourish in the gut to combat the “bad”-bacteria. Thus the container is defective/top(lid) is NOT tight/pops open easily and doesn’t close all the way tight, if moisture is able to leak/stay inside the bottle then the probiotics are compromised and rendered ineffective. The lid kept opening and spilling contents to bottom of my grocery bag and thus the Probiotics-medication are compromised and rendered infective since there’s no way to tell how many survived before I can take the capsules/waterlogged with moisturize leaking in the compromised capsules, rendering the medication/Probiotics ineffective because unless you can afford to take them to a lab and measure the live# of bacteria still alive/after being compromised by unknown moisture/liquids-gases chemicals that have seeped into the capsules and the contents inside the capsules look waterlogged, and it is inefficient to test each capsule to see if any bacteria are still alive and safe and what chemical compounds have entered/seeped int to the compromised/leaking capsules that have affected/changed and or killed the bacteria/probiotics. Any less than 50Bn is not enough to treat my condition. Garden of life should reconsider a different container, such as glass bottle with a svrew-cap/lid that is easier to close/tighter and harder to open/pop-open(pop-top) is not a good or safe way to secure the top/lid from popping open inside it’s box inside my grocery bag of pills/bottles. I carry mine in my WFM grocery bag in my Wheelchair and it can get bumped around in any purse/bag even in the paper box it comes in, so Garden of Life and Amazon should reconsider giving more than 30days to request return/refund of compromised bottle/medications that are no longer effective Mar8-April3-9. It was less than 30days and I was unable to request a return/refund April3 since RECEIVING after Delivery Date Mar8. This is unacceptable and poor customer service, and Amazon claims to have a 100% SATISFACTION guarantee return/refund/REPLACEMENT policy, which is failed due to fact that when I went to app/click on item to request return/refund/replacement, there is no option to and system states item cannot be returned/too late expired before 30days Mar8-Apr3.

Great probiotic and doesn’t upset stomach
Favorite probiotics, I have tried many these are the best.

I’ve been a loyal user of Garden of Life products and purchased 5 bottles of this raw probiotic on 28 Apr 2025. I stored all bottles in my refrigerator from day one, even though the packaging clearly states “No refrigeration required.”I finished the first 2 bottles without issue. But when I opened a new one, I was horrified to see that the contents were badly oxidized and blackened. I opened the remaining 2 bottles and found one more bottle also oxidized, while the last one appeared normal.This is incredibly disappointing and concerning. I followed storage instructions and even went above and beyond by refrigerating, yet still ended up with contaminated or compromised product.I trusted this brand for quality and stability, clearly something went wrong in manufacturing or packaging. Will not be repurchasing.
