They need to fix BPM readouts, fix the sleep tracking for how way off it is, etc. Shalom.
It’s a bit off in tracking at times, especially during workouts when BPM shows more than 30 BPM less than what you’re at, which messes with kcal burned, and so forth. The app is for a previous product of theirs, which they don’t sell on Amazon anymore. The app is sometimes glitchy and has some typos.The tracking of an exercise only happens after the countdown to start finishes, and goes to the tracking screen, as if you leave before that, it stays stuck at the countdown. The smart band vibrates for no reason at times. The sleep tracking is usually way off.I have given my email with my updates of the app, but never a response from them. The product page says there’s a breath work mode, but there’s not, and I do breath work, so that was discouraging, to say the least.It never puts me at really good HRV after the hours of cardio each day, great sleep, great blood pressure, low stress levels, good lower BPM at rest, etc.It seems to overall track pretty decently outside of those issues. I really want the WHOOP 4, which is deemed very accurate, outside of sleep stages that it messed up on, but gets sleep duration right.Use ChatGPT with your devices to get the best results from your readouts from the smart bands, treadmills, your kcal intake, etc.I really wish they fix the issues with EnergyPort and it’s app, while also changing the app name. There’s another product with another brand name that almost looks exactly like this, which uses the same exact app, here on Amazon.I really wish they worked to get this smart band to work with more apps, and the app to work with more apps, besides Google Fit working on how inaccurate it is in readings in most readings.Shalom.

DON’T BOTHER BUYINGThis watch could balance your checkbook, do calculus and end world hunger, but it won’t because the app will never pair with the device.Running an android phone and even when already paired through Bluetooth the app still won’t see the device.This is a repackage of another (exactly same watch) through a different brand name but all routed through the QWatch app which requires every possible permission but apparently can’t properly use Bluetooth.Immediately returning after an hour or trying to pair.Additionally the app is apparently incapable of registering an account. No error, no message, just no actions.

Once open the box, it is super easy to set up and app is free. It comes with two bands. I’m really impressed with this smart bracelet! It’s lightweight, comfortable. The heart rate, stress, and blood pressure tracking are very accurate, and especially I’m able to check my sleep quality in detail. With 173 sports modes, it covers every activity I need. Battery life is way above expectation, it is still 97% after 7 days usage. Also the 1ATM water resistance gives me peace of mind during workouts. Overall, a fantastic fitness tracker that offers features than expected at this price. Highly recommend!
