Nice product but Clumped together
This product is an easy to swallow small capsule. I have been taking D3/k2 combo for a few years and notice no difference in my health with these. I maintain a vitamin D blood level above 50 ng/ml. My only reservation about the product is that all of the bottles I received had the capsules stuck together and I wonder if they melted somewhat during transportation or delivery (here in South Florida).All my dental hygiene visits have been excellent in the past two years. At the last one July 2121, the dentist came in and noticed my gum tissues are very healthy and my tooth enamel is quite strong. He asked me what I am doing. I stated high D3/k2 plus Food Grade 3% Hydrogen Peroxide rinse and gargle after brushing and flossing. I also practice tongue scraping. He joked that if all patients did this he might not have very many. Separate bone density test puts me in the same category as 29+ year olds. By the way, I am now 70 years old.
