This brace is ok. It’s not for severe sprains or other injuries. It is secured in 3 places by velcro straps. The hole to secure your patella is too small, so the brace will not stay securely in one place unless you adjust the straps very tightly. The brace seems well constructed but under engineered. My injury was mild so the brace worked adequately.
