    Excellent fiber content
    Excellent quality chia seeds,came in great packaging.I grind with a coffee/spice grinder to be powered form and put into my oatmeal and grits for extra fiber.It was getting stuck in my teeth so I recommend grinding it to powered form.If you blend into a smoothie it should be ok since you drink with straw and won’t get stuck in teeth.Helps with digestion and constipation.I gave this for my dad as well and has helped with constipation.Does not taste bad doesn’t really taste like anything.Texture is good like a small seed,no issue with that.Packaging is clean.Protein content is 5g for 2.5 TBSP.I have typically twice a day so that is a good amount of protein.Keeps you full.Fiber content is excellent 10g per serving.We don’t have enough fiber in our diet and this is a natural way to get necessary fiber.I buy for myself and parents on subscribe and save and would highly recommend.

    I get this brand every time I need chia seeds. While I don’t have a way to measure quality and actual nutrition, my health numbers are good. Being chia seeds, they don’t have an overly strong taste, and they don’t alter the taste of the foods in which I mix them. The container is excellent. The plastic container fits well in the cupboard, and I don’t have to worry about a zipper top breaking as they do on many similar nutrient products. Overall, I’ll keep getting this one.

    First time user. Nice large container to last a while. I put a teaspoon of seeds in a cup of water with teaspoon of raw honey. Allow at least 15 minutes to become translucent while stirring frequently. Great great hydration first thing in the morning on empty belly !
