I got this for my boyfriend. He was using a brand that costs way more and had several unhealthy ingredients. This brand has no bad stuff in it, has higher amounts of amino acids per serving, needs less capsules per serving, has over twice the amount of servings per bottle, and is less than half the price. So happy I found it! If taken everyday and compared to the other brand, this brand saves us $260 a year!
