Great for lumbar support, nice to have after a long day of work with a tired back, the warm cushion helps soothe aching muscles. Works better if chair isn’t toooooooo cushioned so the vibration isn’t transfered away from your body.

This thing is awesome. Light weight, fits lower back perfectly and feels great. Firm but not to stiff where it can hurt. Approaching my 80’s, back aches are the norm. I use this anytime I’m planning on sitting for a long stretch like evening tv watching.

I really like this lumbar pillow! It’s supportive and the heat + massage feels great. It’s been very helpful for my lower back since I sit a lot in an office chair. The quality is Very Good! The size is good, very lightweight, so I will be able to use it in other chairs around the house. I also really like the options of differents modes of heat and massage. The controller instructions are very clear!

I appreciate the divider in the middle, which accommodates my larger back. However, the unit tends to slide up and down and side to side with even slight pressure. While it does vibrate, it doesn’t provide a massage, making it unsuitable for my needs. I may need to look into other options that offer a more stable and targeted massage experience. Finding a unit that combines both comfort and effective relief is crucial for my satisfaction. The quality is lacking; although it has some firmness, it doesn’t provide much support or pain relief.

This Pillow is the Hottest Seat in the Office (But It Just Jiggles)
I needed more support for my desk setup, and this pillow definitely helps. It straps on easily to the office chair, which is good because I hate fiddly setups. The lumbar support itself can be adjusted, moving it higher or lower depending on where I need it that day. That adjustability is useful for getting the pressure right.It runs off a wire, providing both heat and vibration massage relief. The heat levels and modes offer some comfort, making it a nice item for home, office, or even the car. The biggest thing I would change, though, is the actual massage function. Instead of just vibration (which feels more like a light buzzing), I wish it had an up and down shiatsu movement; actual spinal manipulation is the key difference between simple relief and deep pain mitigation.If you know someone who sits at a desk all day and needs that extra cushion, this makes a good gift. It certainly gives the lumbar support that was completely lacking in my chair.

Great Lumbar Support Pillow!
I got this as a gift to replace the mediocre Lumbar Support Pillow that her chair originally came with. She really loves how this pillow vibrates and has a heat setting since it helps alleviate her back pain after long sitting sessions. It’s extremely easy to use and love that it has a clip, so we were easily able to clip it to her chair. It’s super light and easy to unclip and move to another seat around the house if needed. It works really well at what it is supposed to do. The only thing we really wish it had was USB C for power input or power brick in the center of the cable because the AC Adaptor is a little large. Great all-around product overall.
