Highly recommend for natural wood floors
One year ago, we had our natural wood floors refinished I wanted to put some type of rug down in the kitchen in the high traffic areas, which to our family was in front of the sink and in front of the refrigerator. Shortly after the floors were redone, I bought expensive rugs put them in the kitchen and it didn’t take long for them to get filthy dirty sent them out to be cleaned. They came back and still had stains on them and it was just a waste of money. Took a few weeks, did my research and found out that the gel mats seem to have the best reviews and most consumers seem to be the happiest with them. My concern was the colors because the floors are so beautiful. I did not want to distract from the color of the floor hard to pick colors on any website because you never know what’s true in color.Took a chance with these jaw mats ordered two of them and we love them. I will say that they do shift on the natural wood floors. There’s no way they’re not going to move. It’s not an issue where you’re slipping and sliding like you’re on a skateboard, but there is a little movement in them and every few days I do feel like I have to readjust the positioning. It did also take a couple days to get used to the height of these gel mats. I did trip on them day one and I thought oh this is gonna be a nightmare. I’m gonna have to send them back, but I quickly got used to the height and I don’t feel like I’m tripping over them anymore.Bottom line is these are great. You just wipe them with a damp cloth to clean them. Does take a day or two to get used to the height. They will shift slightly on natural wood floors, but I still recommend them.

Miracle of comfort and cute to boot!
I love my second GelPro mat! Despite needing another hip replacement surgery soon, this mat helps me stand in the kitchen long enough to make dinner or do dishes, a miracle of comfort. I wanted one large enough and of the correct thickness for the space in front of the sink, but 20 x 40 GelPro mats are pricy. However, due to the splurge on my smaller light blue Gel Pro cat mat 2 years ago, I knew buying another knockoff anti-fatigue mat would be a waste of money. This Prime Day I remembered to check the larger mats and found this cranberry colored mat on sale! I am so happy with the pain relief, the extra support, and its perfect size for this area. Having two GelPro mats in my kitchen now means I don’t fear going in to make meals, yay! Btw, I secured it with double-sided carpet tape to ensure it’s walker-safe and that I can’t trip.

WOW! Incredible mat.
I have really bad arthritis in my feet, knees, and hips. I also have fibromyalgia. It has been so stressful to stand at the bathroom sink to brush my teeth and wash my face. This floor mat (at my bathroom sick) REALLY made it easier for me to stand a little longer with less pain in my feet. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I also have extreme chemical sensitivities…and I had NO bad reaction to this floor mat. I highly recommend this floor mat.

The functional space for the feet is only 16 inches across not 20.
Though this is a very nice dense pad and lay flats the only down side to this pad is that the flat part is only 16″ across that is functional under the feet. The angle part of the mat is 2″ all around making it a total of 20″. Therefore sometimes in stepping back or turn around it can cause some imbalance. It wants to slide completely under the toe kick, making it the width of usable space even less. I decided to keep it because I do like the color the rich color a lot and the density of the mat.

This is a great product and I actually bought a second one for myself. I have arthritis in both knees and this provides a nice cushion effect when I’m working at the sink or cooking at the stove. Its easy to clean and lightweight. The only drawback is that I have to move it each time I need something out of the stove drawer.

👍👍Two Thumbs up! its been years now since we bought it! Easy to clean and the color never fades. We use this in the kitchen when we cook, because standing up a lot in there. The support for the feet and calf is better! That’s why we bought another one (smaller) after a year for the sink side.
