posture corrector a need for me!
I’m always sitting with slouching, and I thought this posture corrector with a belt would help, and it has! It’s helped me correct my posture and prevent me from slouching. I really like that it has adjustable straps. I ordered a size L; I thought it would be too big, but it’s perfect. As I mentioned, it comes with straps that help ensure a good fit. I really like it and use it for 45-60 minutes a day. It doesn’t feel constricted at all; it’s comfortable. I also appreciate that the arm straps don’t dig into my armpits, which I was worried would happen. I’m very happy with this purchase; it’s really helping me!

SIZE GUIDE IS WAAAAAAY OFF!!!
My one star rating is based on one factor. Size. I was not able to use the product because it is entirely too small. I have a 30” waist, am in decently good shape but have poor posture. I bought a large and I couldn’t even get close to connecting it together. Based on the size, I’m not even sure a XXL would fit. I’m not sure who they model the sizes on, but I’m not even sure this would fit my 11 year old.

Comfortable and supportive
These back braces are great! I have a hard plastic brace for Scoliosis that is quite uncomfortable and restricts any type of bending. I love this brace! Great for support, walking and bending to pick things up. I don’t wear my old brace anymore and I paid $5000 for it! This was $40.

Review of Back Brace Posture Corrector for Women and Men.
Due to often slouching over when sitting or having curved shoulders when walking, I have tried many different types of posture correctors. They are actually supposed to induce muscle memory so that the brain/body instill holding a proper posture without the need for a device.When it comes to the ones that require wrapping stretch loops around the chest and especially the abdomen, I have experienced irritating discomfort. This particular corrector is the same. Like with all the similar correctors I have tried, they are designed to wrap around a completely, or near perfectly, flat abdomen. With a flat abdomen and corrector loops fastened around it, breathing defaults to the expansion and collapse of the chest. If you are a member of the human population that does not have the flattest abdomen and/or engages in diaphragmatic breathing, the abdomen is the first to expand and last to collapse. These around-the-abdomen straps prevent full breathing, causing less air intake, resulting in some lightheadedness and air intake struggle. Also, eating with one on interferes with stomach expansion during food intake; this has caused (with me, anyway) reflux requiring removal to continue food consumption. Some do provide various sizes, providing a choice for which one best fits your body. The comfort issues, although not flaws in the product(s), have forced me to utilize and rely on the correctors that apply around the shoulders and upper back. If you find yourself needing a posture corrector, be sure to first do a test fit to know your comfort space with whichever one you try or choose, whether this instant product or another. You want to avoid discomfort while attempting to correct your posture.

XXX is about the size of an X with other brands. So DISAPPOINTED!!!IM 5.9, 220 LBS, former bodybuilder with compressed discs. I’ve been working hard to keep my back from going out but noticed my posture was deteriorating. My shoulders were slouching and I was leaning forward when I walked. I had hoped this back brace posture would help but I can’t get it around my back to close!!!!! What a waste of money!!!
