Comments about battery life are false, unless you really need to be hooked up huge amounts of time, like 24/7!Real battery life: Charged it 1x weekly even though I only used 50% of capacity, this after about 3, three hours sessions (9hrs). Battery life is good for an active person using it for relief between workouts and dealing with low level chronic pain.So the battery comments may be applicable for someone with disability or severe pain who must jack themselves in for 8+ hrs a day or sleep with it on.For my needs:Portability: awesome. I like the permanent Velcro cable organizers.Modes: The pictograms for the modes aren’t entirely intuitive, however the ability to switch modes is fast and easy. Trial and error will be necessary…you’ll feel it when it’s right. I appreciate the abundance of modes.Title: 3 in 1? This is a bit misleading. It’s TENS and EMS. I have no idea what they mean by 3 in 1.Only 8 ems modes but several tens cause muscle contraction, so might as well be considered EMS.For EMS I’m not experienced with one of them, but the tens and EMS modes seem a little disappointing because I would like heavier/slow contractions. Maybe 1 or 2 modes accomplish something like that but are kind of uncomfortable.Takeaway: for pain and mostly TENS, fantastic value! Lots of bang for the buck!This is my 4th tens unit and my favorite so far.

Battery charge is good, came fully charged. Already used it 2 hours straight, suppose to go 40 hours on one charge depending on usage. Battery charge (40 hours) and timer (90 minutes) are big improvements over older model. Older model from 2018 only went for 2 hours on battery and 60 minutes on timer. USB charger is an improvement, can charge with Iphone connection, not that small connector. Overall for the price, it is worth it, cheaper than massage chair or vibrating pads. This get the job done for sore and stiff muscles after workouts…..GO AUVON……

I was iffy on buying this because when I was a teen my parents had a Tens unit but it was the knob style one but this is wonderful, you get to chose from 6 different types of muscle stimulators and it has a massage one which helps when you don’t want it to be too intense. It’s so tiney so it’s definitely portable especially for the mamas looking to buy it for labor!

Durable, but annoying at times
If you need it, this is remarkably useful, small and good. Main reason only four stars is the pads wander, unplug, or stick to the inside of your clothes all the time. The battery lasts a remarkable amount of time for being rated only 300mAh. Charge it (USB-C) and you can use it heavily for days before you have to even think about the battery. They should make phones. Phones that double as tasers. HOWEVER, the sticky pads wander with even slight motion, and while the electrodes require considerable effort to plug IN, they come unplugged for no reason at all. We finally duct-taped them so they CANNOT pull out. They need a locking clip or something. P17 and P21 are pretty good.

Impressive small device delivers excellent massage to help relieve muscular cramping and tension. Have used this under the guidance of my physical therapist in more than one spot and find it versatile. Need to read the directions throughly for best success and treatment. I am pleased with this unit. Additional pads can be ordered – and again – following their directions, those last quite a while if applied to clean skin and proper application. Thank you

I needed this TENS unit badly when I bought it. It did provide some pain relief. You can use it with 2 or 4 pads dependingg on the location you need them to be placed. The pads are VERY sticky and you need to clean your skin before you apply them so that you get the most benefit. If the pads are loose you won’t get the best treatment and it may sting a bit. The price is great for what it does. Easy to understand instructions.

I just received my new Auvon 3-in-1 Tens Machine today.It Arrived promptly and Good Condition.Having Herniated the bottom disk on my back over 10 years ago, Tens is 1 of the only treatments relieves my Pain, improving my Mobility.The Auvon 3-in-1 Tens Machine is a huge improvement over the Dr. Ho’s unit that I’ve used for the past 5 years.Roughly 1/3 the size of the Dr. Ho’s Tens, its almost 1/3 the Price also. (A nice Surprise)Smaller Pads that do the same job as Dr. Ho’s making the Affected Skin Area smaller too.The Adhesive is so good, it’s difficult to reposition the Pads, so they should easily last 45 applications, or more.Programs are plentiful and the Interface is easy to use.No Batteries to replace, and I no longer get Jolted because the Dial moved when I brushed up against something. (Being Old & Feeble, I’m always leaning against something)The only thing missing (in My opinion) is a small mister bottle to Lubricate the Pads prior to application.Don’t hesitate to give this product a try!

I’ve been using it for a while now, it’s good for muscle soreness but can be a bit difficult sometimes to get the right spots, especially if you’re bending or flexing that area. The ems feature does a really great job at stressing and destressing the muscles right after an exercise. Although the pads are a bit less sticky than what I’d like. Also comes in a nice little package that you can carry around wherever you want

I brought this because I found my physical therapist uses similar products on me. It really helped with my lower back pain. I was looking for a cheap version on Amazon and wanted to try at home. I brought this one and tried few times. It was amazing. Reduce my lower back pain instantly after I used it for half an hour. Just make sure your skin is clean before put the pads. Also give it a few tries on where to put the pads to get a better result.
