High Fiber, Tastes Great—Sour is Superior to Sour Patch Kids
Atkins Endulge Sour Gummy Bears are coated in sweetener granules, exactly like Sour Patch Kids! They have 5 fewer calories per serving and contain no sunflower oil, compared to the regular Atkins Endulge Gummy Bears. I prefer these gummy bears over sugar-free mints or zero-sugar hard candies. They satisfy, stabilize, and do not spike my blood sugar.

These Atkins gummy bears are the perfect treat. Coming in at only 30-35 calories per pack they don’t break the diet like some other sweets would but give you that sweet taste you are looking for. Perfect gummy texture and fruit taste.

Really Really good. Nice texture like a good gummy candy. The sour ones are AMAZING. Im so sad they don’t sell them on their own. The sour ones are addicting.

Not really sour, but decent candy
Sour? Not really. Sour enough to make them tolerable, at least, but they are (like most sugar free and low sugar treats) too sweet. You’d think these food chefs would learn to turn that down a notch after more than a century.And, yes, they are very high fiber, so eating more than one packet will make you gassy and/or give you gastrointestinal distress. Personally, i find the excessive sweetness does a good job of limiting my desire to eat more than a packet.EDIT: I just opened the second box, and it is actual Sour Gummies. I didn’t realize this was a set of three boxes, only ONE of which was sour. That said…the Sour version is a huge improvement in terms of flavor, but…they also seem to be dissolving, so the inside of each packet is sticky and messy. I’m sure it isn’t the temperature in my house, which hasn’t exceeded 70°F since these arrived, so my guess is it is an ingredient interaction with the souring salt on the outside of the gummies. I’d still give the sour gummies a 4-star rating, just for a different reason.

Tastes Great But Needs Better Quality Control
These are a very tasty gummy bear treat, but every box I have opened contains at least two bags that are only half full. The price then becomes even more for what you’re getting in return.

I am giving this 5 stars because they taste great, unfortunately they taste too good and that can go really bad. I got this delivered today and since it has been a while since I’ve had any sweets I decided to eat a bag of them right off. They were so good I ate another bag, and then one more because why not?I’ll tell you why not…. Within a couple hours I started hearing a gurgling coming from deep inside. This gurgling was so loud even the cats heard it. Shortly afterward I experience what can only be called a blowout. Then it happened again, and again, all while large amounts of gas are being produced. I suppose that is one way to lose some weight, but not a good way.So, whatever you do, make sure to limit yourself to no more than one bag of these, no matter how good they taste, and no matter how tempted you are, please do not make the same mistake I did. Final verdict is great taste and texture, but never eat more than one bag per day.
