Good exercises okay quality
I love the exercises and layout of the journal. It asks the root questions but also helps reframe thinkings. Only reason for four stars is because the cover is paper thin. I wish it was cardstock or laminated at least. It doesn’t feel durable. I guess if you have kids, pets or an active lifestyle just be careful where you leave it so it doesn’t get ruined.
