    This is a helpful Journal with prompts and questions vs just always writing words that dont always make sense. Really helps to ground and refocus.

    Good exercises okay quality
    I love the exercises and layout of the journal. It asks the root questions but also helps reframe thinkings. Only reason for four stars is because the cover is paper thin. I wish it was cardstock or laminated at least. It doesn’t feel durable. I guess if you have kids, pets or an active lifestyle just be careful where you leave it so it doesn’t get ruined.

    My daughter has anxiety and I thought this might help her in dealing with the daily challenges she endures. She has started using it and is happy I purchased it for her! If she’s happy…… I’m happy! 🙏

    This did nothing for me and I’m sure it won’t foe most people. Its literally the same thing everyday, without change or any teachings…. Not worth the paper it’s printed on!
