Good Quality Ingredients!
This collagen and menopause support powder taste good and sweet.The product contains good quality ingredients.It dissolves best in oatmeal and cereal.I have noticed better sleep and reduction in menopause symptoms.I am pleased with this product.

Thought I was ordering the capsules but this stuff is YUMMY!
As a woman of a certain age I’m pretty quick to order just about anything that promises relief from menopausal symptoms, especially hot flashes and sleep quality. When this product became available for review one of the listing photos showed capsules and I clicked that Order button like nobody’s business!So imagine my surprise when I received a generously sized canister of vanilla-flavored powder, LOL. The safety seal was firmly in place and oh my goodness, this stuff smells heavenly! I need to get the review posted so coffee’s not an option (it’s 11pm) so I put some in water to test it out. To my surprise it actually tastes pretty good! It reminds me of the butterscotch candies my grandmother used to give me. I can’t wait to try this as coffee creamer or in a smoothie. Taste is obviously a very subjective thing so, while I really like it, your mileage may vary considerably. (I did take one star because the container is only half full – but it does come with a scoop, which is good.)It’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you’re already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel (i.e., I take an oral supplement to treat these symptoms). At the same time, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. I haven’t noticed a dramatic difference in the way I feel but if that changes as time goes by I’ll update my review accordingly.Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful.

Healthful Supplement
I must admit I have had a pretty easy time going through the change. I have the occasional hot flash – which in itself is HORRIBLE – but it has been pretty easy going other than that. i suffer from several health conditions, however, which makes everything else regarding my health a bit complicated. There are a lot of nutrients I can’t get from food, and I rely on quite a few supplements. Then I received this supplement. Not only does it taste great, but there are many nutrients in it which replace those I am not currently absorbing from food. I have noticed an improvement in how I generally feel from day to day. I love that it can be easily mixed into any of my favorite beverages, and is therefore incredibly easy to take. I also appreciate the large size of the jar, making this a great value. I try to consume as many “superfoods” as possible, and I absolutely love that many are included in this supplement. Another important benefit I have noticed is regarding better sleep. All through my 30’s I was a total insomniac. It was severe. Typically, at that time I stayed up all night long, every night, and the only sleep I got were the little catnaps that I was barely aware during daytime. Since then, I have improved somewhat but still struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep. While taking this supplement, however, I have experienced a sleep miracle! Gone are the days of dreading bedtime. Now I can barely stay awake for teeth brushing and my night routine before i am out like a light. And I sleep ALL NIGHT! All in all, I plan to continue to take this supplement going forward, and I do anticipate added health benefits. I am not saying this product will cure or heal anything. I am not a doctor. I’m just sharing my experience with the product. I highly recommend!

Terrible in coffee, okay in smoothies
I have mixed feelings about this product. It taste terrible in my coffee and I had to dump it out almost immediately, I underestimated how much I detest anything in my coffee including sugar, flavor and milk. I just want it black. IF this seriously had no flavor or taste, it would be fine as it dissolved very well. However, it tastes like fake nutty vanilla.I tried it in my smoothies, using only have a scoop and it’s okay, I can still taste it but it pairs better with the almond milk, banana and other veggies I have in my smoothies.

Not very tasty
Did not have an appetizing taste. The container says that they have no taste. They are lying! This stuff smells bad too. With that said, I was not able able to get mine down today in my homemade almond mochas. Not well liked

Tasty collagen powder with menopause support!
This menopause support + collagen from Ancient Nutrition has possibly helped cut down on my hot flashes and helped me to sleep through the night. I have also been trying some other strategies such as getting more exercise, eating better foods, etc., which could also be helping with my menopause symptoms, so I can’t say for sure that the easing of these symptoms are a direct result of taking this collagen powder. However, I do like the taste of this collagen powder. I put it in a smoothie every day. I waited until I used all of it for a 25 day period do the review so that I could give it as much time as possible to get into my system and work. I have not noticed any changes as far as my skin and hair go. I’m 57 years old and ordered it mainly to help with menopause symptoms. As with many products, I think you need more than a month for a loading dose and then need to be on it a little longer to see actual results. But I do like the taste of it and feel like the ingredients are good and wholesome. I will continue to use this product in my smoothies and see if after a longer timeframe it’s making any difference.
