Improved my sleep and mood.
I am 65 and have had insomnia for a long time. I also have been a bit down in the dumps. A few days after I started using these drops I started sleeping all night and sleeping well. My mood is so much better. To me it tasted awful but that is an easy fix just mix it in juice or a yogurt. I read one of the comments on here that they tried it 3 times and they just couldn’t stand the taste so they gave up on it. What a shame because I feel that it makes me feel so much better. Update: It’s been over 3 weeks and I am shocked at how well I am sleeping. I am sleeping all night and my sleep is good. It has to be the drops because nothing else has changed. It has been years without good sleep and now I am sleeping.

QUALITY: The “Vanilla” flavor has amazing quality and taste! I tend to take this in the mornings before drinking my coffee. I’ve tried other flavors like, Mocha, Strawberry and plain, which are also good to me. I like the Vanilla best right now because it’s light and subtle not over powering.VALUE FOR MONEY: IMHO.. I bought this for my Autistic son. It has a great pineapple flavor and it has really boosted his mood. He used to be irritated at least once a day. Now it’s rare that he is. I take it also for my immune system and to strengthen my bones. I love that it’s organic. This is not the worthless stuff you get at the grocery store. This is the real deal. I highly recommend it.

Vitamin D Deficiency
I subscribe to this. I had very low vitamin D. After 3 months of taking this my lab is normal. You only need a dropper full each day and yes it’s oily but fairly tasteless. Goes down easy then chase it with something.Easy solution to big problem.

I wanted to use these drops by putting them in my morning coffee, so I got unflavored, but they gave it such a weird oil taste that I gave the drops away.

I don’t know how much it helped as i had not tested my vitamin D3 level. However, my mood swings started stabilizing and I feel energetic..maybe because of the regained vitamin D3 level. Although, i wish they come up with 10000 IU instead.
