Ladies, these are amazing, and boy do they work! I’ve been using them for almost a yr. My pelvic muscles are super strong and my bladder, well, no a accidents here not even the occasional laugh to hard tinkle. The only problem is u can’t replace the holders so don’t leave them for the pets to find. Pup chewed mine so I had to buy a new set.

Just as pictured. Silky smooth balls, with varying weight that are pretty easy to work with. Nice that it comes with different things that the balls go into depending on it you want to work with one or two. Biggest problem I have is remembering to use them.

Perfect for any woman!
The order came two days before ETA and I am in love. The box was cute and organized. I loved that it came with a list explaining the different colors and their weight. If you’re looking for a new experience but don’t want to invest a lot, I recommend getting these. Real easy for beginners to understand and enjoy.

Great for first time users. Simple instructions. High quality material on weighted balls. I like that it comes with many different weights and also a way to combine them.

No complaints for the product itself. I do wish there was a little more information included about the different weights (maybe a list of lightest to heaviest with color coding or something) otherwise they’re great so far. Very easy to clean and seem to be doing what they’re supposed to.
