Great gift for men
My husband loves this gift. It works great if compatible with his iPhone 16 plus it tells correct time it has 2 different bands black and grey so you can switch out the bands the time sync to the device it’s connected to so it is accurate. Perfect size for a man’s wrist. Can use for text to talk on phone to control music it is overall are a great smart watch he has got it wet but not fully submerged so not sure how deep it will hold but it water resistant as well highly recommended

I bought this smart watch recently, and it works very well. It connects easily to my phone, and I like that I can answer calls through the watch. yes I have to say I was doubtful cause you never know but it’s a great watch it’s got like 50 different faces you can choose from which I love mix it up a little bit. Seems to be very functional connected with my phone really fast. Happy camper.

Touchscreen Malfunction – Request Replacement
I purchased the Smart Watch for Men Fitness Tracker (FitCloudPro app), and the bottom region of the touchscreen has stopped responding.I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Fully reset the watch to factory settings.Recharged it to 100%.Reinstalled and paired it via the FitCloudPro app.After performing these steps, the touchscreen works for about one minute, then the bottom area becomes unresponsive again. This indicates a hardware defect, likely related to the touchscreen or internal digitizer.Could you please provide a replacement unit or a refund?

Poor battery and options
Although I really like the look of this watch, It lacks in many areas. About the first week or so I had the watch the battery lasted for the whole week but after a month it’s only lasting 3 days max. I’m also only using the bare minimum, basically just the watch and the alarm and I’m losing battery life after 2 1/2 to 3 days now. Also the vibration is very weak and there’s no way to customize it even on the max. There’s also no way to customize the alarm tone on the watch it’s very annoying. You also cannot change things like temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit
