Comfortable brace that stays put.
This is a comfortable knee brace. It does not totally immobilize your bend but helps to restrict the bend. It doesn’t slip with normal walking activity. I don’t run with it so idk about running. Inside the brace, It has two areas on the upper inner and outer thigh where there is a nonslip rubber like material that is up against your skin. This would be great but my skin is sensitive to it so I had to cover it with something so it’s not up against my bare skin. If you’re sensitive to latex or elastic you might want to be aware of this.Otherwise it’s a good brace for what I need it to do.

IF YOU FALL INBETWEEN SIZES, ORDER THE LARGER SIZE. THE VELCRO IS PROFESSIONAL GRADE AND WILL NOT QUIT ON YOU AS YOU SEE IN CHEAPER BRACES. AS A RESULT, I HAVE A LITTLE EXTRA ROOM AROUND THE KNEE CAP, BUT I USED A SMALL BRACE THAT IS THIN AND GOES AROUND THE PATELLAR TENDON BECAUSE I DO HAVE TENDONITIS AND OSTEOARTHRITIS. I HAD ONE ON HAND, BUT THEY ARE SUPER CHEAP IF YOU FIND YOURSELF IN MY SITUATION.MY AMBULATION HAS IMPROVED CONSIDERABLY. IT IS ALL DUE TO THIS BRACE. I ORDERED TWO OTHER ONES THAT WERE NOT ANY GOOD BEFORE I FOUND THIS ONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, AND I WILL RECOMMEND IT TO THE APPROPRIATE PATIENTS, AND FOR THOSE WHO’S INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER A CUSTOM BRACE THAT THEY CANNOT AFFORD.AGAIN, I FEEL THIS IS AS CLOSE TO A CUSTOM BRACE THAT IS SUPER CHEAP COMPARED TO THE COST OF A CUSTOM BRACE. Overall good but…Be aware if you are plus size
The brace seems like good quality and the material feels sturdy, but the sizing did not work for me as a plus size woman. I followed the measurement chart exactly and my thigh measurement matched the size I ordered. Even so, the brace was too big through the knee and calf area. It slid down, gapped on the sides, and the hinges did not line up with my knee the way they should. The shape simply did not match my body proportions, even though the thigh section fit correctly.I ordered the next size down and that one arrived with a tear in the seam, which was disappointing. I added photos so other shoppers can see it.I still think this brace could work very well for many people, but the sizing chart should be clearer for plus size buyers. It is not a one-shape-fits-all design and the taper through the knee and calf runs much wider than expected. If you are plus size, you may need to size down or consider a different style.

I tore my meniscus on my left knee wingfoiling. I wanted to continue wingfoiling AND play Pickleball each day. I used to buy Mueller knee brace but had too many problems with the velcro failing. This brace works great

Center knee/patella section not supportive enough.
I tried XL, my size called out by size chart and even dropped one size to a Large. The material is fine and it is well built.I think the problem is the design. With the two sets of adjustable straps I could get the calf and thigh area tight. But the center sleeve surrounding the knee/patella area is engineered too large. It was too loose and I could not get enough support in the area where I needed it most. The knee joint.A smaller center section diameter would make this a much more supportive brace for my requirement.
