Tasty, on-the-go snack
These are a staple snack at our house. They are tasty and filling, and both kids and adults enjoy them at our house.They have a decent amount of protein, which makes them a good snack since they’ll tide you over for a bit. They’re sweet, but not overly sweet. I generally throw them into my bag when I’m headed out with the kids. My kids also keep one in their backpacks incase they need a little extra food at school.

My kids love zbars, and they’re a quick, easy snack without high sugar content. Every once in a while I’ll grab one for myself, but this is a favorite of theirs. I think Clif bar snacks tend to be on the higher end of price, but you generally get a quality product with good ingredients. They also have a good texture compared to some other “healthy” bars.

seems like a convenient tasty snack for kids with good protein and not a lot of sugar, but it’s not well liked in my house. the preferred ones here are the iced oatmeal ones.
